‫الملخص‬

‫يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة موضوع حقوق المرأة في القرآن الكريم من خالل النصوص القرآنية الواضحة في‬
‫ يتناول المبحث األول منها الحقوق اإلنسانية للمرأة والتي تشمل الحقوق‬،‫تقرير هذه الحقوق من خالل ثالثة مباحث‬
‫ في حين عني المبحث الثاني بدراسة الحقوق الوظيفية للمرأة والتي تشمل الحقوق األسرية‬،‫البديهية والتكليفية‬
‫واالقتصادية والسياسية أما المبحث الثالث فيكشف عن الشبهات حول حقوق المرأة ومكانتها في اإلسالم ومن ثم‬
‫ وخالصة البحث أن القرآن الكريم اهتم بحقوق المرأة على كافة الصعد وكفل لها حقوقها كاملة‬،‫درء هذه الشبهات‬
.‫مما يمكنها من أداء دورها في المجتمع المسلم على خير وجه‬

Abstract
This research deals with the study of the issue of women's rights in the Qur'an,
through clear Koranic texts in the determination of these rights in three chapters. The first
chapter deals with women's human rights, which include the axiomatic and commissioning
rights, while the second chapter cared about studying the women's functional rights, which
include family, economic and political rights, as for the third chapter, it reveals suspicions
about women's rights and status in Islam and ward off these suspicions. The summary of this
research is that the Qur'an cared about the women's rights at all levels and ensured her full
rights, enabling it to perform its role in the Muslim community in the best possible manner.
