my routine at police school

I get up at 4:30 AM every day to do exercises and go for a run. As part of


my routine I have to go take a shower and then have breakfast at
approximately 7 AM sharp, so that from there we can do our studies for
the day starting from 8 AM sharp, having a break at 9.40 AM and 11.40
AM so that it then ends at 12.30 PM and at the same time we have lunch,
returning to our afternoon studies at 3 PM sharp until 6 o'clock where we
also We have dinner so that later we can parade and practice for our
marches and go to rest at 10 o'clock and thus start a new day.
On Saturday I leave school at 10 am in the afternoon at home I am
washing my clothes at 8 pm I have dinner then I go to sleep
On Sunday at 5am I get up to run until 8am
At noon I have my lunch, after that I take a shower and get ready to return
to school.
