Hochregal-Lager garantiert höchste Lieferqualität.
Mit unserem neuen Hochregal-Lager und unserem zu-
kunftsweisenden Lagerverwaltungssystem setzen wir im
Metallhandel Maßstäbe. Denn das entwickelte, vollauto-
matische Langgutlager mit über 12 Metern Höhe bietet
Platz für 3.000 Kassetten, die dank extremer Hub- und
Fahrgeschwindigkeiten in Windeseile geordert wer-
den können. Dank des innovativen Regalbediengeräts
werden Einlagerung und Kommissionierung optimiert,
was zu einem deutlich schnelleren und reibungsloseren
Warenstrom führt. Nicht zuletzt sorgen drei Ausgabe-
und die direkt anschließenden Verpackungsstationen
für kurzen Prozess und einen perfekten Schutz für den
weiteren Transport. Die beste Technik funktioniert natür-
lich nur, wenn sie richtig bedient wird. Deshalb werden
unsere Mitarbeiter direkt vom Regalhersteller laufend
geschult und holen aus dem hochmodernen System
alles für unsere Kunden heraus.

schnitte und faire Preise aus einem Guss: Mit unseren
Aluminiumgussplatten und -blöcken der Legierung
EN AW-5083 (AL Mg 4,5 Mn).

Spannungsarmut aus. AMCO produziert die Gussplatten in verschiedenen Dicken und Abmessungen auf modernsten
Anlagen. Durch die Homogenisierung der Gussbarren wird eine hervorragende Gefüge-Struktur erreicht. Das Pro-
dukt eignet sich daher besonders für Bauteile mit komplexer Zerspanung im Werkzeug-, Formen- und Modellbau.
Our cast aluminum plates of alloy EN AW-5083 (AL Mg 4.5 Mn) are characterized by its low stress levels. AMCO
manufactures the cast aluminum plates in various thicknesses and dimension on modern machines . By homogenizing
the ingots an excellent microstructure can be achieved. Therefore, the product is particularly suitable for parts with
complex machining in tool, mold and model.

Stärken-, Ebenheits-, Zuschnitts- und Winkeltoleranzen für
Plattenzuschnitte aus Aluminium
Abweichung der Stärke:
Für Walzplatten gilt die EN 485-3 in ihrer gültigen Fassung. Hier erfolgt keine Beeinflussung durch
den Sägebetrieb.
Abweichung der Ebenheit:

Für ganze Platten sind die Ebenheitstoleranzen in der EN 485-3 festgelegt. Für Zuschnitte ist jedoch
keine Regelung vorhanden.
Da im Handel diese Toleranzen nicht beeinflusst werden können, erfolgt hiermit eine Festlegung
der Ebenheitstoleranzen für Zuschnitte, in Anlehnung an die EN 485-3.
Die Festlegung in der EN 485-3 wird als Prozentsatz der Länge - L - und / oder der Breite - W -
und / oder der gemessenen Sehne - I - ausgedrückt.
Dmax. = Gesamtabweichung in Prozent.

Hier beträgt die zulässige Unebenheit 0,4 % der Länge, also 890 mm x 0,4 % = 3,56 mm und 0,4 % der Breite,
also 550 mm x 0,4 % = 2,2 mm.
Diese Messung wird mit Hilfe eines geraden, leichten Lineals und einer Fühlerlehre durchgeführt.
Hierbei ruht die Platte auf einer ebenen, horizontalen Fläche und die konkave Seite ist nach oben gerichtet.

Abweichung der Breiten und Längen von Zuschnitten:
In den DIN / EN Regeln gibt es keine Festlegung von Zuschnittstoleranzen.Daher wird der Toleranzbereich in Anleh-
nung an die DIN 7168-m bzw. DIN ISO 2768-m aus. Standardgemäß wird in folgendem Tolerenzfeld gefertigt:

Sondertoleranzen müssen vor Auftragsvergabe vereinbart werden und sind gesondert zu bestätigen.

Für Winkeltoleranzen sind in der DIN / EN ebenfalls keine Festlegungen getroffen. Auch hier werden die
Normen DIN 7168-m und DIN ISO 2768-m herangezogen.
Die in () gesetzten Maße sind Abweichungen je 100 mm Schenkellänge.
Die Bezugskante ist immer der längere Schenkel, das Nennmaß ist immer der kürzere Schenkel.
