als Übernachtungsgast aufhalte.

Des Weiteren bestätige ich, dass ich mich innerhalb der letzten 14 Tage nicht in einem Risikogebiet
aufgehalten habe. Risikogebiet ist ein Staat oder eine Region außerhalb Deutschlands, für welche
zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Einreise in die Bundesrepublik ein erhöhtes Risiko für eine Infektion mit dem
Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 besteht.

Sollten Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes Coronavirus-Symptome entwickeln, kontaktieren Sie bitte
