Kernstck des gesamten Systems ist der ROTALIGN PRO Computer: seine grafisch neu
gestaltete Oberflche und die intuitive Bedienerfhrung bieten noch mehr Komfort beim
Ausrichten von Maschinen. Eine wesentliche
Verbesserung hat das Vorbereiten der Ausrichtaufgabe erfahren: benutzerdefinierte
Vorlagen, die bereits smtliche Angaben zur
Maschinenkonfiguration enthalten (Abmessungen, Kupplungstyp, Vorgaben,...), knnen vor der Messung einfach per Tastendruck abgerufen werden. Eine Vielzahl praktischer Funktionen erschlieen dem Benutzer
weitere Anwendungsbereiche. So kann er
beispielsweise, mit einem speziellen Applikationsprogramm, die exakt gerade Ausrichtung von Aufbauten, wie z.B. Maschinenbetten oder Fhrungsschienen, messen und korrigieren. Zustzlich zu den bereits von ROTALIGN bekannten Leistungsmerkmalen (s. Seite 1.13) verfgt ROTALIGN PRO ber folgende Neuerungen :

graphic operating elements and intuitive user
guidance for even more convenient machine
alignment. Setup is easier than ever, too:
user-defined templates contain all machine
configuration details (dimensions, coupling

machine in seconds. And special application
programs can be added at any time to handle
entirely new measurement tasks such as
straightness alignment of machine beds and
guide rails. ROTALIGN PRO introduces the

has grown in similar fashion. This indispensable aid offers numerous enhancements in
addition to all the features of its predecessor

sowie fast alle Angaben, und knnen beim
Einrichten einfach per Tastendruck abgerufen und angepat werden. Die Auswertung
der Ergebnisse wird durch eine Reihe neuer
und erweiterter Funktionen verbessert. Neben dem 'Kippfu-Assistenten', der Verspannungen am Maschinenfundament erkennt
und beseitigen hilft, knnen zwei Toleranzschwellen definiert und in der Ergebnisdarstellung bercksichtigt werden. Das thermische Wachstum der Maschinen lt sich aus
Materialkonstanten berechnen, und mit der
erweiterten Protokollfunktion kann jeder Arbeitsschritt lckenlos nachvollzogen werden.
Die Datenverwaltung ist nun bersichtlicher:
aus den Angaben zur Mestelle in den Dateien wird automatisch eine hierarchische Verzeichnisstruktur angelegt (s. rechts oben),
und die Dateien entsprechend eingeordnet.

Machine trains including up to five couplings

can now be handled with a single file, including all parameters (dimensions, tolerances
etc.). Nearly any type of machine (motors,
pumps, etc.) can be designated with a characteristic depiction (top left) for easy recognition. User-defined templates save setup time
when similar machine configurations are frequently encountered: these setups let you
specify complete setups of machine elements
and parameters, which can then be loaded
for the job at hand at the touch of a key, then
adjusted only as necessary.
The ROTALIGN PRO Commander helps evaluate results as well, with new features like
the Soft Foot Wizard (for detection and correction of residual strain effects on machine
foundations) and two different levels of userdefined tolerances for displayed results.
Compute themal growth for your particular
machine simply by entering its geometry,
temperature change and type of material.
Truly traceable results are guaranteed by the
extended alignment history function.
