Education Strategy
This strategy would be implemented in three phases.
1. Identify my audience:
My first action would be to identify which team would transition to Agile with
more ease and less disruption to business operations within the department.
Channels
Mobile Communication Platforms:
The goal here is to effectively of Team members would take advantage of the already existing
mobile communication platforms and devices for daily
updates and enquiries. We would also transition to scheduling
enlighten the Human resource communication meetings within the Agile framework I.e scrum events.
Monthly reports/Newsletters:
These reports would highlight areas of interest for that sprint so as to
prepare the team in advance on topics of concentration and also provide
information on the values gained within the previous sprint.
Evaluation Plan
The department will be evaluated with the Tuckman's different stages of development I.e
Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing.
A velocity chart would be used to track the rate of progress and identify areas of improvement.
