Education Strategy
This strategy would be implemented in three phases.

1. Identify my audience:
My first action would be to identify which team would transition to Agile with
more ease and less disruption to business operations within the department.

2. Advocate for a transition to Agile:


My next line of action would be to advocate for a transition to Agile through an
interactive session with both agile and non agile teams.

3.Curate a "Becoming Agile " training program:


This third and final phase will be a hands on realistic training approach where
the team will be taught with implementable lessons to understand Agile
principles, values, tools and skills. It will be interactive and practical.
Weekly webinars:
This will include notes, articles and links to videos
Communication strategy on different lessons on transitioning to Agile. The
team will also be given different tasks based on each
lesson learned so that they can implement these
agile skills in their daily operations.

Channels
Mobile Communication Platforms:

The department will be evaluated with the Tuckman's different stages of development I.e
Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing.
A velocity chart would be used to track the rate of progress and identify areas of improvement.
