SARS-CoV-2 RNA RT-PCR-Testung: NEGATIV

Kein Nachweis von SARS-CoV-2 RNA im Abstrichmaterial.
Das negative Ergebnis im oben genannten Abstrichmaterial spricht gegen eine derzeitige SARS-CoV-2 Infektion.
Schwellenwert nach RKI: CT-Wert 19,63 bei 10^7 Kopien. CT-Wert 22,97 bei 10^6 Kopien.
Sie ist aber nicht völlig ausgeschlossen; zu Beginn der Inkubationszeit kann der Test noch negativ ausfallen -
Virus-RNA Nachweis in der Regel 5 bis 6 Tage (Median) nach der Infektion, insgesamt in den meisten Fällen in
einem Zeitraum von 1 bis 14 Tage.
Bei begründetem Verdacht auf eine SARS- CoV-2 Infektion sind wiederholte Abstriche sowie eine Antikörper-

No detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in the swab material.
A negative result in the swab does not exclude SARS-CoV-2 infection. At the beginning and end of the incubation
period the test may still be negative (Virus RNA detection after infection: median 5-6 days, range 1-14 days). In
case of a reasonable suspicion of SARS-CoV-2 infection, a repeat throat swab examination and antibody testing
may be useful - please contact us regarding the examination times. Threshold according to RKI: CT Value 19,63 at
10^7 reproductions. CT Value 22,97 at 10^6 reproductions.
