Primary defective part
• Control plunger 4139 206 415
Cause
• Only one longitudinal passage / bore, therefore, dependence on radial position.
Worst-case scenario is a filling failure at
clutch A.
A new plunger with 3 bores / passages is introduced in
block A/C/WK/F in May 2010 as a volume production part.
Remark
• Another possible solution is software update on Customer Service file. Possibly,
in consultation with BKS-T dept.
• In valve blocks B/D/E/G, the usual plunger will be kept
as volume production part, because the three-hole
plunger at clutch B can cause twisting.

Ursache
• Nur eine Längsbohrung, dadurch radial Lageabhängig.
Im ungünstigen Fall entsteht ein Befüllversager der
Kupplung A.
Ein neuer Kolben mit 3 Bohrungen wird im Block
A/C/WK/F im Mai 2010 in Serie eingeführt.
Bemerkung
• Lösung auch durch Softwareupdate auf ein KD-File
ist möglich. Gegebenenfalls Absprache mit BKS-T.
• Im Ventilblock B/D/E/G ist weiterhin der herkömmliche
Kolben in Serie, da der Dreilochkolben an der
Kupplung B zu einer Verspannung führen kann. P A
