License Types in the ctrlX Store

Licenses in the ctrlX Store are available
(a) as a Trial License or
(b) as a Time-Limited License.
(a) Trial License means a free-of-charge,
time-limited license granted to Licensee for
the sole purpose of evaluating the Software
and the suitability for Licensees purposes.
Trial Period: Trial License expires
automatically ten (10) days after the
activation date of the Trial License.
Restricted Use: In no event shall a Trial
License be used by Licensee for commercial
or production purposes.
Trial Fee: The Trial License is provided free-
of-charge.
The “Terms and Conditions for the Provision
of Products Free of Charge of Bosch Rexroth
AG” as current at the time shall apply in
addition. These are accessible at:

(b) Time-Limited License means a license
granted to Licensee for a limited period of
time subject to a charge.
License Period: Time-Limited License
expires automatically twelve (12) months
after the activation date of the License. It will
not be automatically extended. If Licensee
wants to receive a new Time-Limited License
for the Software he has to place a new
purchase order in the ctrlX Store or via the
other Bosch Rexroth AG sales channels.
The “License Terms and Conditions for
Software Rental of Bosch Rexroth AG” as
current at the time shall apply in addition.

Lizenztypen im ctrlX Store

Lizenzen im ctrlX Store sind erhältlich
(a) als Testlizenz oder
(b) als zeitlich befristete Lizenz.
(a) Testlizenz bedeutet eine kostenlose,
zeitlich begrenzte Lizenz, die dem
Lizenznehmer ausschließlich zum Zweck der
Evaluierung der Software und ihrer Eignung für
die Zwecke des Lizenznehmers gewährt wird.
Testzeitraum: Die Testlizenz läuft automatisch
zehn (10) Tage nach dem Aktivierungsdatum
der Testlizenz ab.
Nutzungsbeschränkung: Die Testlizenz darf
vom Lizenznehmer in keinem Fall für
kommerzielle oder produktive Zwecke
verwendet werden.
Testlizenz-Gebühr: Die Testlizenz wird
unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ergänzend gelten die "Bedingungen für
kostenlose Überlassung von Produkten der
Bosch Rexroth AG" in der jeweils gültigen
Fassung. Diese sind abrufbar unter:

(b) Zeitlich befristete Lizenz bedeutet eine
Lizenz, die dem Lizenznehmer für einen
begrenzten Zeitraum gegen eine Lizenzgebühr
gewährt wird.
Lizenzdauer: Die zeitlich befristete Lizenz läuft
automatisch zwölf (12) Monate nach dem
Aktivierungsdatum der Lizenz ab. Sie wird nicht
automatisch verlängert. Wenn der
Lizenznehmer eine neue zeitlich befristete
Lizenz für die Software erhalten möchte, muss
er eine neue Bestellung im ctrlX Store oder
über die anderen Vertriebskanäle der Bosch
Rexroth AG aufgeben.
Ergänzend gelten die "Lizenzbedingungen für
die Vermietung von Software der Bosch
Rexroth AG" in der jeweils gültigen Fassung.
