This series of batteries is not suitable for a cyclical use

In nautical/camper applications size the battery pack
capacity so that the discharge current rate does not
exceed 0.4C/20h (ex. max 40A discharge on a 100
Ah/20h battery). This allows the battery to obtain a
remarkable autonomy and a longer battery life.
Recommended charge cycle: IUoU or IUoP
Recommended Voltage threshold set-up: 2.43/2.25
V/cell
Never discharge more than 80%. Discharges exceeding
80% void the warranty.

In nautisch / Wohnmobil Anwendungen whlen Sie die
Akkus Kapazitt, so dass der Entladestrom nicht 0.4C/20h

Stabil:
Konstanter Strom, Stromschwankungen werden
ausgeglichen. Auch sehr lange Netzkabel
beeintrchtigen die korrekte Ladung nicht.
Kompakt und leicht:
die Verwendung der Hochfrequenz Technik erlaubt,
kleine und leichte Ladegerte herzustellen.
Vielfltig:
die ZENITH HOCH FREQUENZ Ladegerte knnen auch
einfach als on-board Ladegerte unter bestimmten
Voraussetzungen installiert werden. Wandbefestigung
und Standhalterung sind ebenfalls mglich.
Einfach:
Der Ladevorgang beginnt nach dem Batterieanschlu
automatisch und wird durch den Microprozessor
berwacht und reguliert.

SINGLE PHASE - EINPHASIG

Zuverlssig:
Die Hochfrequenz Karte ist in flssigem Harz getaucht
und somit vor ueren Einflssen geschtzt.
Lufteingangsschutz inclusive, empfohlen bei
Wandmontage.
STABILIZED: correct charge level even with wide supply
voltage fluctuations. Using very long supply extensions
does not therefore compromise the correct battery
recharge.

VERSATILE: the ZHF-chargers can be easily installed

on-board (they are provided with mains presence block
and minimum battery tension block). Both wall fixed
and desk standing usages are possible too.

COMPACT AND LIGHT: the use of high frequency

technology allows to manufacture smaller and lighter
chargers.

SIMPLE: the charging cycle starts automatically, simply

connecting the battery.
The microprocessor estimates the batterys discharge
level and the correspondent charging duration.

The high-tech device, recommended to distributors and

after sales service centres, is necessary to set up and to
download the data memory of ZHF chargers.
The KIT includes the programmer, cables to connect it to
the charger and to the PC. The SW to install on your PC is
also supplied.
The normal operation is guaranteed by the internal lithium
battery, thus other power sources are not necessary. The
battery is completely recharged by leaving the programmer
connected to USB port of your PC.
The equipped SW can be up-dated by Internet and it can be
set in different languages: I, D, E, F, UK, NL

Das High-Tech Programmiergert MP TOP

II empfiehlt sich fr Wiederverkafer und
Service Zentralen, und wird bentigt, um die

Adapterkabel fr die Ladegerte und dem PC. Die passende
Software fr Ihren PC liegt dem Paket ebenfalls bei.
Die Stromversorgung wird durch eine eingebaute Lithium
Batterie gewhrleistet, so da keine externen Netzteile
bentigt werden. Die Lithium Batterie wird automatisch
whrend des Anschlusses des Programmiergertes an den
PC via USB Kabel aufgeladen.
Die mitgelieferte Software kann via Internet upgedated und in
verschiedenen Sprachen wie: I, D, E, F, UK, NL gesetzt werden.

battery chargers, fully developed and manufactured in our Italian
factory. They are suitable to recharge flooded lead acid batteries
for industrial usages, mainly electric fork lift trucks and battery
powered floor machines.

EFFICIENT DATA MEMORY ist der Name unserer Serie der Verjngung
Batterieladegerte, voll entwickelt und in unserem italienischen
Fabrik hergestellt. Sie eignen sich berflutet Bleibatterien fr
industrielle Nutzungen, vor allem elektrischen Gabelstaplern und
batteriebetriebene Boden Maschinen aufzuladen.

Inside EDM series there are four key points:

Innerhalb EDM-Serie gibt es vier wichtige Punkte:

EFFICIENCY: energy saving is today a priority. With our EDM series we

have reached important results in this direction, not far from what you can
obtain by using HF chargers (commonly regarded the best solution today
available to save energy in this field), thanks long studies in these areas:
- transformers calibration in order to always recharge with proper charge
cycles
- transformers production, by always using the best raw material and
components (H class copper, double insulation, and low losses core
electrical sheet)
- EFFICIENCY FACTOR programmability, in order to proper modulate the
charge in relation with the battery type and battery brand.
- New construction conceptions of diodes bridges.

Data memory report

The mask is split into several parts:
1) general information connected to the collected data (date, customer
name, battery-type, capacity and so on).
2) These fields can be filled in information about the charger setting
3) chargers serial numbers, where information were downloaded from
4) counters referred to the whole battery life:
- Counter 1: total number of charge cycles (included those ones interrupted
by the operator)
- Counters 4, 5, 6, 7: all the charge cycles automatically completed split
into 4 groups in relation to their duration. We clearly understand the
average depth of discharge (i.e.: long recharge means deep discharge)
-Counter 8: how many times the user interrupted the charge cycle before
the automatic stop.
5) Detailed information over the last month of charge cycles.
-Battery voltage and output current of the charger at the beginning of
the charge.
-Battery voltage and output current of the charger at the end of the
charge
-Ah supplied to the battery during the charging process
-Errors happened during the charging process
-Stop conditions

Datenspeicher Bericht
Die Maske wird in mehrere Teile aufgeteilt:
1) Allgemeine Informationen zu den gesammelten Daten (Datum, Name
des Kunden, Akku-Typ, Kapazitt und so weiter) verbunden.
2) Diese Felder knnen in Informationen ber das Ladegert Einstellung
ausgefllt werden
3) Ladegerte Seriennummern, wo Informationen aus heruntergeladen
wurden
4) Zhler bezogen auf die ganze Lebensdauer der Batterie:
- Zhler 1: Gesamtzahl der Ladezyklen (im Lieferumfang enthalten jene
diejenigen durch den Bediener unterbrochen)
- Zhler 4, 5, 6, 7: all die Ladezyklen automatisch abgeschlossen in 4
Gruppen in Bezug auf ihre Dauer aufgeteilt. Wir haben klar zu verstehen,
die durchschnittliche Tiefe der Entladung (dh: lange Auflade Zeit
bedeutet Tiefentladung)
Zhler-8: wie oft der Benutzer den Ladevorgang unterbrochen, bevor die
automatischen Stopp.
5) Ausfhrliche Informationen ber die im letzten Monat von
Ladezyklen.
Batterie-und Ausgangsstrom des Ladegerts zu Beginn der Ladung.
