DIN-Tllengehuse in 6 verschiedenen Grssen. DIN coupler hoods in 6 different sizes Botiers en 6 tailles diffrentes. Schienen gehren zum Lieferumfang, knnen aber auch separat bestellt werden. Supporting rails are supplied with the combination, but can also be ordered separately. Les rails sont inclus dans la livraison, mais peuvent aussi tre commands sparment. Endteile in 2 Ausfhrungen entweder fr Gehuse- oder fr Plattenmontage gehren zum Lieferumfang, knnen aber auch separat bestellt werden. 2 types of endpieces either for assembly in housings or on panels are supplied with the combination, but can also be ordered separately. Les terminaisons, proposes en 2 versions (pour montage sur panneau ou en botier) sont incluses dans la livraison, mais peuvent aussi tre commandes sparment. So werden die CombiTac geliefert: Kontakttrger auf Schienen montiert, mit Endteilen, Kontakte separat. Druckluft- und Khlflssigkeits-Steckverbinder werden in die Trger montiert. Auf Wunsch werden PCB Kontakte montiert. CombiTac are supplied in the following form: contact carriers mounted on supporting rails, contacts separate. Compressed air and coolant connectors are mounted in the carriers. PCB contacts can be supplied ready-assembled on request. Le CombiTac est livr sous cette forme: supports de contacts et terminaisons monts sur rails, contacts sparment. Les connecteurs pour air comprim et fluides sont monts dans les supports. Sur demande, les contacts PCB sont livrs monts. 2-poliger Kontakttrger CT-E8-2 aus elastischem Kunststoff fr Stifte und Buchsen 8mm. Damit sind Leiterquerschnitte mglich von 10mm 35mm. Zum Schutz vor einem berschlag befindet sich im Anschlussbereich eine Trennwand zwischen den 2 Polen.

2-pole contact carrier CT-E8-2 in rubber for 8mm pins and sockets. This allows conductor cross-sections from 10mm 35mm. To prevent flashover, there is a dividing wall between the two poles in the termination area.

Die Kontakte 8mm fr Kontakttrger CT-E8-2 sind vergoldet oder versilbert. Die Buchsen sind mit der bewhrten MC Kontaktlamelle ausgerstet. Der Anschluss erfolgt entweder mit Crimpanschluss fr hochflexible Cu-Leiter von 10, 16, 25 oder 35mm oder mit Kabelschuh fr Leiter von 6mm 35mm, und Kontakten mit M6 Innen- oder Aussengewinde.

The 8mm contacts for CT-E8-2 contact carriers are gold- or silver-plated. The sockets are equipped with the tried and tested MC Multilam. Termination is effected either by crimping for highly flexible Cu conductors of 10, 16, 25 or 35mm, or with cable lugs for conductors from 6mm 35mm and contacts with M6 inside or outside thread.

Die Kontakte 6mm und 8mm fr Kontakttrger CT-E8/6-PE sind lnger als die stromfhrenden Kontakte gleicher Grsse und damit voreilend. Sie sind versilbert und die Buchsen sind mit der bewhrten MC Kontaktlamelle ausgerstet.
Leading contacts 6mm and 8mm

The 6mm and 8mm contacts for CT-E8/6-PE contact carriers are longer than the current carrying contacts of the same size and therefore mate ahead of them. They are silver-plated and the sockets are equipped with the tried and tested MC Multilam.
Contacts avancs 6mm et 8mm

Les contacts 6mm et 8mm pour supports de contacts CT-E8/6-PE sont plus longs et ainsi avancs par rapport aux contacts actifs de mme taille. Ils sont argents et les douilles sont quipes des fameux contacts lamelles MC.

Die Koaxial-Buchsen und Stecker fr die Montage in Kontakttrger CT-E8-2 bestehen aus aktiven Teilen von BNC-Steckverbindern. Der Anschluss des Innenleiters und der Schirmung fr Koaxialkabel des Typs RG58 1) und RG59 1) erfolgt durch Crimpen. Fr den Schirmanschluss liegt eine Messinghlse bei. Die Koaxial-Steckverbinder sind gemss CECC 22 120 ausgelegt.

Coaxial connectors for the CT-E8-2 contact carriers consist of the active parts of BNC connectors. Termination of the inner conductor and shield for coaxial lead type RG58 1) and RG59 1) is effected by crimping. For the shield termination a brass crimping sleeve is delivered. Mit dem Thermopaar Verfahren lassen sich Temperaturen sehr genau messen. Mit zwei Leitungen aus unterschiedlichen Materialien wird eine Spannung generiert, die je nach Erwrmung variiert. Es gibt verschiedene Thermopaar-Typen aus unterschiedlichen Materialien je nach Temperaturbereich nach Norm DIN EN 60584. MC Thermoelement-Druckkontakte sind fr 5 verschiedene Sondentypen: E, J, K, N und T. Fr optimale Messergebnisse ist es notwendig, dass die Kontakte und die Leitungen der ganzen Messkette aus dem gleichen Material sind. MC hat zu diesem Zweck Thermoelement-Druckkontakte aus den 7 gebruchlichsten Materialien entwickelt (Chromel, Konstantan, Eisen, Alumel, Nicrosil, Nisil und Kupfer).
Spring-loaded thermocouple contacts

Thermocouple allow the precise measurement of temperatures. The combination of two wires made from different materials generates a voltage that varies according to the temperature level. There are several types of thermocouples made from different materials adapted to the measured temperature range according to standard DIN EN 60584. MC thermocouple contacts are adapted for 5 different types of probes: E, J, K, N and T. In order to obtain an optimum measurement result, it is necessary to use contacts made of the same material as the wires all over the chain. For that reason, MC has developed different types of spring loaded contacts for thermocouples in the 7 most commonly used materials (chromel, constantan, iron, alumel, nicrosil, nisil and copper).

Zur geschtzten Lagerung von nicht gesteckten CombiTacs empfiehlt MC den Einsatz von Parkstationen. (Anbaugehuse mit Endteilen). Kontaktfeder mit Flachsteckanschluss (6,3x0,8mm) zur Schutzleiter-Verbindung der 2 Gehusehlften. A special spring loaded contact on tab (6,3x0,8mm) permits connection between the two housings and earth (ground). Une lame de contact spciale, avec cosse plate (6,3x0,8mm), permet de garantir la liaison lectrique entre les deux botiers et le conducteur de protection. To protect non mated CombiTac, MC recommend the use of parkstations. (Surface mount housings with end pieces). Pour la protection des CombiTac non embrochs, MC recommande l'utilisation de botiers parking. (Embase equipe avec terminaisons de botier).

Einschrnkungen bei den DIN-Anbaugehusen mit Deckel

Bei gewissen Stiftlngen (siehe Tabelle unten) und mit den Endteilen fr Stifte kann der Deckel nicht geschlossen werden. Fr Buchsen und Endteile fr Buchsen gelten keine Einschrnkungen.

Wird CombiTac zur Ausrstung von Maschinen verwendet, dann kommt die Norm IEC 60204-1 anstelle von VDE 0298-4 zur Anwendung. Derating bei Verwendung von CombiTac in Maschinen In diesem Fall kommt die Norm IEC 60204-1 Sicherheit von Maschinen zur Anwendung die die erlaubte Stromtragfhigkeit von PVC isoliertem Kupferdraht und Kabel unter Dauerstrom im Maschineneinsatz, bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 40C angibt. Fr gebndelte Leitungen und Kabel kommen unter diesen Bedingungen zustzliche Reduktionsfaktoren hinzu.
Derating diagrams The diagrams shown are for the wiring based on the German national standard VDE 0298-4. The diagrams show examples of the current rating which applies when used at differing ambient temperatures. When CombiTac is used in the electrical equipment of machines the standard IEC 60204-1 applies in place of VDE 0298-4. Derating of CombiTac used with machines When CombiTac is used in the electrical equipment of machines the standard IEC 60204-1 Safety of machinery applies. This standard gives the permissible current-carrying capacity of PVC insulated copper wires and cables for continuous operation when used with machines and based on an ambient air temperature of 40C for various methods of installation. In addition reduction factors which apply for the bundling of wires and cables under these conditions are provided.

Schiebekrfte Die Gesamtschiebekraft eines Steckverbinders errechnet sich aus der Summe der Schiebekrfte aller Einzelkontakte. Die angegebenen Werte sind Zirkawerte und knnen sich nach einigen Steckvorgngen um 20 30% reduzieren. Steckzyklen Die maximale Steckhufigkeit fr CombiTac Steckverbinder betrgt 5000 Steckungen. Hhere Steckzyklen, auf Anfrage. Verriegelungszyklen DIN-Gehuse Max. 500 Verriegelungszyklen ohne Schmierung. Bei bis zu 5000 Verriegelungszyklen muss eine Schmierung vorgenommen werden. Siehe Schmierhinweis in der Montageanleitung MA213. Bemessungsstrom ist der Strom, den ein Steckverbinder gleichzeitig durch alle Kontakte dauernd fhren kann, ohne dass dabei die obere Grenztemperatur berschritten wird. Die angegebenen Stromwerte wurden gem. UL 1977 ermittelt (4 stndiger Temperaturtest, die Kontakte in Serie angeschlossen). Gebndelte Leitungen Bei gebndelten Leitungen am CombiTac muss ein Reduktionsfaktor fr die Leitungen bercksichtigt werden. Die Derating Diagramme auf den Seiten 69 70 zeigen verschiedene Beispiele fr gebndelte Leitungen, mit unterschiedlichen Cu-Querschnitten, die fr die Anwendung mit CombiTac geeignet sind. Die aufgefhrten Leitungen sind PVCisoliert mit erhhter Wrmebelastbarkeit (max. zulssige Leitertemperatur von 90C) gem. DIN VDE 0298, Teil 4). Fr andere Anzahlen gebndelter Leiter oder Leitungstypen gelten andere Derating Faktoren. Bemessungsspannung abgeleitet aus der Spannung Leiter-Erde gem. IEC 60664-1. Im Betrieb ergibt sich die Bemessungsspannung entweder aus einem System mit 3-Phasen, 4-Leiter, geerdet oder 3-Phasen, 3-Leiter, ungeerdet oder um ein System mit 1 Phase, 2-Leiter, AC oder DC. Die Tabelle auf Seite 73 zeigt die maximalen Systemspannungen. berspannungskategorie CAT II (IEC 60664-1) gilt fr elektrische Betriebsmittel in Gerten, in denen keine Blitzspannungen bercksichtigt werden mssen, wohl aber berspannungen die durch Schaltvorgnge entstehen knnten. Beispiele: elektrische Betriebsmittel zwischen Gert und Steckdose, innerhalb elektrischer Gerte und Eingangstrafo, Haushaltsgerte. Verschmutzungsgrad 2 Es tritt nur nichtleitfhige Verschmutzung auf. Gelegentlich muss mit vorbergehender Leitfhigkeit durch Betauung gerechnet werden.
Sliding forces The total sliding force of a connector is the sum of all the single contact sliding forces. The quoted values are approximate values and after a number of plugging cycles can fall by 20% 30%. Mating cycles The maximum number of mating cycles of the CombiTac connectors is 5000. Higher cycle numbers on request. Locking cycles DIN housing Max. 500 locking cycles without lubrication. For up to 5000 locking cycles a lubrication must be executed. See note about lubrication, assembly instructions MA213. Rated current The continuous current which can flow through every contact simultaneously without the temperature exceeding the allowed upper limit. The quoted current values were determined in a 4 hour temperature test according to UL 1977 with all contacts connected in series. Bundled wiring When the connecting wiring to CombiTac connectors is bundled a derating factor must be applied. The derating diagrams on pages 69 70 shows examples of various numbers of bundled conductors for the different copper cross sections used with CombiTac. The wire type referred to is PVC insulated for higher temperatures (max. permitted conductor temperature of 90C) according to DIN VDE 0298 part 4. For differing numbers of bundled conductors or types of conductor other derating factors apply.

Pour dautres types de cbles ou un nombre diffrent de conducteurs, dautres facteurs de rduction doivent tre appliqus. Tension assigne Il sagit de la tension drive de la tension conducteur-terre conformment CEI 60664-1. En exploitation, la tension assigne est obtenue partir dun systme 3 phases, 4 conducteurs, avec terre ou 3 phases, 3 conducteurs, sans terre ou encore dun systme 1 phase, 2 conducteurs, AC ou DC. Le tableau page 73 donne les tensions de systme maximales. Catgorie de surtension CAT II (CEI 60664-1) Concerne les matriels consommateurs dnergie, aliments partir de linstallation fixe. Exemple: Appareils domotiques, outils portatifs, autres charges lectrodomestiques et analogues.
Rated voltage This is derived from the line-to-earth (ground) voltage AC or DC according to IEC 60664-1. In service, the rated voltage is dependent on whether the supply is three-phase four-wire with earthed (grounded) neutral, three-phase three-wire unearthed (not grounded) or single-phase two-wire AC or DC. The table on page 73 shows maximum system voltages. Overvoltage categories CAT II (IEC 60664-1) Equipment of Overvoltage Category II is energy-consuming equipment to be supplied from the fixed installation. Examples: of such equipment are household appliances and portable tools.

Protection against electric shock A connector shall be so designed that, after mounting, its live parts are not accessible by the IEC test finger in accordance with clause 5 of IEC 60529 using a test force of 20N. Protection wall In order to meet the requirement for protection against accessibility of live parts up to AC 600V during engagement or withdrawal CombiTac is provided with a specially designed protection wall.
