of Business Administration (MBA) Degree” as applied in the “Telekom MBA for Business Innovation” program

Studiengangs zum “Master of Business Administration (MBA)” in Anwendung für den Studiengang „Telekom
MBA for Business Innovation“.

The successful completion of the MBA program, provided by ESMT Berlin in part-time, blended for participants
nominated to the program by Telekom Deutschland, leads to the attainment of the Master of Business Admin-
istration degree of ESMT Berlin under the same rules and regulations that apply to the school’s regular on-campus
MBA programs. Therefore, the stipulations in the “Examination Rules for the Postgraduate Full-time, Part-time,
and Executive Programs for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree of European School of Manage-
ment and Technology (ESMT)” also apply. The wording of this document has been formulated with reference to
the on-campus program. This addendum provides an interpretation of some of the stipulations therein, whereby
such interpretation is necessary due to the different delivery mode and venue.

Der erfolgreiche Abschluss des für von der Telekom Deutschland nominierten Kandidaten, berufsbegleitend, im
„Blended“-Format (Präsenz- und Onlinestudium) angebotenen MBA-Studienganges, führt zur Erlangung des Ab-
schlussgrades „Master of Business Administration“. Es gelten für den genannten Studiengang dieselben Regelun-
gen wie für die anderen MBA-Studiengänge der ESMT, die als Präsenzstudiengänge durchgeführt werden. Dies
schließt die Bestimmungen der „Prüfungsordnung für den postgradualen Vollzeit-Studiengang, Teilzeit-Studien-
gang und den Executive-Studiengang zum ‚Master of Business Administration (MBA)‘ der European School of Ma-
nagement and Technology (ESMT)“ ein. Der Wortlaut dieses Addendums wurde mit Bezug auf die Regelungen der
Präsenzstudiengänge formuliert. Der Nachtrag enthält Erläuterungen zu den bestehenden Regelungen, die durch
die unterschiedliche Art der Durchführung (Präsenz- und Onlinestudium) erforderlich geworden sind.
