Power plant mechanical maintenance of 100 MW capacity & above. Special Requirements Key
Responsibilities 1. Ensuring Availability of equipment of the area & implementation of maintenance practices.
2. Ensuring Safety at Work for all preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance. 3. Developing Preventive
maintenance schedule & its timely compliance and ensuring PM, CM, CBM Compliance. 4. Development &
revision of SMPs & checklists & its compliance 5. Conducting RCA for the failures & avoiding it repetition. 6.
Monitoring & managing of spares availability, Controlling the spares consumption & Inventory-Spares cost
within allocated budget. 7. Identifying the areas for continuous improvement 8. Five year rolling plan for AOH
and COH with proper planning and resources to execute the same. Essential Skills ▪ In depth knowledge of
