Anschluss-Boxen installieren
Verwenden Sie zur Installation die beiliegende Produktinformation der Anschluss-Box.
1. Montieren Sie die Anschluss-Box.
2. Stellen Sie eine eindeutige Box-ID ein.
3. Schließen Sie den Schutzleiter an.
4. Verbinden Sie die Leitungen für den NOT-Halt-Taster und den Zustimmtaster mit Ihrem
Auswertegerät.
5. Verbinden Sie die Anschluss-Box mit PROFINET (LAN).
6. Schließen Sie die Leitungen für die Stromversorgung an.

Anschlusskabel am IWP10F Mobile WebClient anschließen

1. Falls erforderlich, öffnen Sie das Anschlussfach. Drehen
Sie die sieben gekennzeichneten PT-Schrauben heraus,
bis Sie den Anschlussfachabdeckung abnehmen können.
3. Fetten Sie die Rippendichtung des Anschlusskabels z. B.
mit Vaseline ein und setzen Sie das Anschlusskabel wie
abgebildet in die zugehörige Führung.
5. Verbinden Sie den RJ45-Stecker mit der Schnittstelle X3.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Arretierung des RJ45-Steckers
einrastet.
6. Schließen Sie das Anschlussfach. Setzen Sie die
Anschlussfachabdeckung auf das Anschlussfach und ziehen
Sie die Schrauben der Anschlussfachabdeckung mit einem
Drehmoment von 0,8 Nm fest.

2. Nehmen Sie die Anschlussfachabdeckung ab. 4. Verbinden Sie den 12-poligen Steckverbinder mit der
Schnittstelle X51. Beachten Sie dabei die mechanische
Kodierung des Steckers.

Installing connection boxes

Use the Product Information provided for the connection box for installation.
1. Mount the connection box.
2. Set a unique box ID.
3. Connect the protective conductor.
4. Connect the cables for the EMERGENCY STOP button and acknowledgment button with your
processing unit.
5. Connect the connection box with PROFINET (LAN).
6. Connect the cables for the power supply.

Connecting the connecting cable to the IWP10F Mobile WebClient

1. If necessary, open the connection compartment. Loosen
the seven marked PT screws until you can remove the
connection compartment cover.
3. Grease the fin seal of the connecting cable, e.g. with
Vaseline, and insert the connecting cable into the
corresponding guide as illustrated.
5. Connect the RJ45 connector to the X3 interface. Make
sure that the RJ45 connector audibly engages.
6. Close the connection compartment. Place the connection
compartment cover onto the connection compartment
and tighten the screws of the connection compartment
cover with a torque of 0.8 Nm.

2. Remove the connection compartment cover. 4. Connect the 12-pin plug-in connector to the X51 interface.
Observe the mechanical coding of the connector.
