La fraise a-diamant est fabrique en recourant un procd de
diamantage de haute technologie. La couche de liant est parfaitement plane,

instruments d'endodontie
1. AIsoir K : mouvement de rotation et de pntration dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre. Vitesse maxi : 900.
Lime K : mouvement de limage. Rotation dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre. Vitesse maxi : 450
Lime Hedstroem : mouvement de va et vient. Avec ou sans rotation
(vitesse de rotation maxi : 900).
2. Utiliser les instruments du plus petit au plus gros, sans sauter de taille.
3. Du fait de leur grande lasticit (mmoire de forme), les limes en
nickel-titane sont l'idal pour les canaux radiculaires trs curvilignes.
Donc, pas besoin de les courber avant de les utiliser.
4. Faire le ncessaire pour que les instruments ne puissent tre avals
par le patient (digue/chanette/fil de scurit).
5. Pour une strilisation efficace, bien nettoyer les instruments avant
de les striliser.
6. L'autoclavage d'instruments en acier peut provoquer leur corrosion.
7. Eliminer immdiatement tout instrument tordu, pli ou abm.

Anwendungshinweise
Nur technisch und hygienisch einwandfreie Antriebe mit stabiler Kugellagerung verwenden! nstrumente sorgfltig, so tief wie mglich, einspannen.
Maximal zulssige Drehzahlen beachten. Hebeln und Verkannten vermeiden, sonst Bruchgefahr !
Auf ausreichende Khlung (50ml / min) achten, sonst besteht die Gefahr durch thermische Schdigung.
Bei FG-nstrumenten mit einer Gesamtlnge > 19mm und bei nstrumenten mit einem Arbeitsteildurchmesser > 2mm (SO 020) zustzlich khlen.
Stumpfe, verbogene oder beschdigte nstrumente sofort aussortieren und nicht mehr verwenden.
Unsachgeme Anwendung fhrt zu erhhtem Risiko, grerem Verschlei und schlechteren Arbeitsergebnissen !
OptimaIe DrehzahI fr aIIe Instrumente in der RegeI 40-50% der MaximaIangabe !
Hinweis
nstrumente mit langen Arbeitsteilen bzw. langen, dnnen Hlsen (z.B. micro Prparationsinstrumente), oder besonderen Einsatzgebieten
(z.B. Kronentrenner, lange Chirurgiefrser), neigen bei berschreitung der maximal zulssigen Drehzahlen zu Resonanzschwingungen
(Vibrieren), oder Auslenkungen (Schlagen), was zum Bruch oder starker Beschdigung fhren kann.

Anpresskrfte

Durch berhitzung kann die Pulpa geschdigt werden, die nstrumente verschleien schneller und die Oberflchen werden rauer.

Recommendations for use
Use only technical and hygienic correct drives with a stable ball bearing! Clamp the instruments carefully as deep as possible.
Please note the maximum allowed engine speed. Avoid levering or canting, otherwise there is risk of fracture!
Pay attention that there is enough cooling (50 ml/min) otherwise there is risk of thermal damage.
FG-instruments with a total length > 19mm and instruments with a diameter of the work element > 2mm (SO 020) need extra cooling.
Separate blunt, twisted or damaged instruments immediately and do not use them again.

Remark
nstruments with long working part and respectively long, slender necks (e.g. instruments for micro preparation) or for specific application areas
(e.g. crown separator, long chirurgical cutter): exceeding the maximum allowed speeds can cause vibrations (vibrating) or displacement (slat).
This can result in fracture or heavy damage. Non observance causes an increased security risk!
Therefore pay attention to the maximum speed printed on the packaging labels.
Contact pressures
The contact pressures should be light, do not exceed the maximum of 2N. Excessive contact pressures can cause damage to the instruments.
n extreme cases the instrument can fracture! At the same time a higher heat development can be generated.

Utiliser uniquement des moteurs qui soient conformes tant du point de vue hygine que du point de vue technique.
Des moteurs dont les roulements billes soient bien stables ! Monter l'instrument en procdant dlicatement
et en l'enfonant au maximum l'intrieur du mandrin. Ne pas dpasser les vitesses de rotation maximales autorises.
A cause des risques de casse, ne pas faire levier avec l'instrument, ne pas le plier !
De mme, cause des risques de dtrioration d'origine thermique, bien veiller ce que le refroidissement par eau soit suffisant (50 ml/ min).
Concernant les instruments FG prsentant une longueur totale > 19 mm et ceux dont le diamtre de la partie travaillante
est > 2 mm (SO 020) : augmenter le dbit d'eau de refroidissement. Eliminer immdiatement tout instrument mouss, tordu ou abm.
Toute utilisation non conforme d'un instrument se traduirait par des risques accrus, plus d'usure et de moins bons rsultats !
En rgIe gnraIe, pour tous Ies instruments Ia vitesse de rotation optimaIe correspond 40-50 % de Ia vitesse maximaIe indique !
Remarque :
Si la vitesse maximale autorise est dpasse, les instruments prsentant une grande longueur de travail/un col long et fin
(instruments de prparation micro par exemple), de mme que les instruments pour applications bien spcifiques
(par exemple : coupe-couronnes, fraises chirurgicales longues) ont tendance vibrer/ dvier, ce qui peut endommager
l'instrument et mme le faire casser. Ne pas respecter la vitesse maximale autorise indique sur l'tiquette de l'emballage se traduirait,
sur le plan de la scurit, par davantage de risques ! Veuillez par consquent bien la respecter.
Pression exerce sur I'instrument
La pression exerce sur l'instrument doit tre faible. Elle ne doit pas excder 2 N, sinon il y a risque d'endommagement de celui-ci.
Dans les cas extrmes, il peut mme casser ! De plus, cela entrane un dgagement de chaleur important. Or, si surchauffe de l'instrument
il y a, cela peut endommager la pulpe, user prmaturment l'instrument et/ou rendre les surfaces plus rugueuses.

Strumenti da turbina di una lunghezza totale > 19 mm e strumenti di un diametro della parte lavorante di > 2 mm (SO 020)
saranno da raffreddare ulteriormente. Strumenti non pi taglienti, piegati o danneggiati devono essere tolti immediatamente
e non devono pi essere usati. Lutilizzazione inadeguata comporta un rischio aumentato, una pi grande usura ed alla
fine risultati di preparazione peggiori!

Raccomandazione
Strumenti con parti lavoranti lunghe o colli lunghi e sottili (ad esempio strumenti da preparazione micro),
o strumenti per particolari applicazioni (ad esempio tagliacorone, frese chirurgiche lunghe) se si superano i numeri massimi di giri tendono
ad oscillazioni di risonanza (vibrazioni) o ad una deviazione della rotazone assiale (sbattiture) cio potenzialmente alla rottura o al danneggiamento forte.
l non-rispetto comporta un rischio aumentato! Di consequenza rispettare sempre il numero massimo di giri indicato sulletichetta della confezione.
Pressione operativa
La pressione operativa deve essere bassa e non superare 2N. La pressione esagerata pu comportare il danneggiamento degli strumenti.
Nel caso estremo lo strumento si pu rompere! Nello stesso tempo si sviluppa pi calore.
l riscaldamento esagerato pu danneggiare la polpa, gli strumenti si usurano pi presto, e le superfici diventano pi ruvide.

Diese Herstellerinformation gilt fr alle von acurata G+K Mahnhardt Dental e. K. gelieferten nstrumente, die fr chirurgische, parodontologische oder
endodontische Manahmen eingesetzt werden. Dies sind rotierende Hartmetall, Diamant- und Polierinstrumente wie auch nstrumente aus rostfreiem
Edelstahl sowie Wurzelkanalinstrumente aus Stahl oder Nickel-Titan. Unsteril gelieferte nstrumente sind vor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch aufzubereiten.
Begrenzung der Wiederaufbereitung
Das Ende der Produktlebensdauer wird grundstzlich von Verschlei und Beschdigung durch den Gebrauch bestimmt.
Hufiges Wiederaufbereiten hat keine leistungsbeeinflussenden Auswirkungen auf diese nstrumente.
Aufbewahrung und Transport
nstrumentarium unmittelbar nach der Anwendung am Patienten in den mit einem geeigneten Reinigungs- / Desinfektionsmittel befllten Frsator geben.
Der Transport der nstrumente zum Aufbereitungsort sollte im Frsator erfolgen. Fr Wurzelkanalinstrumente eignen sich auch spezielle nterimsstnder,
die mit einer in Desinfektionslsung getrnkten Schaumeinlage ausgestattet sind.
Reinigung und Desinfektion
Gem Empfehlung des Robert Koch nstitutes (RK) erfolgt die weitere Aufbereitung bevorzugt maschinell.
Silikonstopper sind vor der Aufbereitung von den Wurzelkanalinstrumenten zu entfernen.
1. MaschineIIe Reinigung
1.1 Verwendete Ausstattung
- Reinigungs-/ Desinfektionsgert (RDG)
- nstrumentenstnder fr rotierende nstrumente und Wurzelkanalinstrumente.
1.2 Aufbereitung
nstrumentarium unmittelbar vor der maschinellen Aufbereitung aus dem Frsator bzw. aus dem nterimstnder nehmen und grndlich unter flieendem
Wasser absplen. Die nstrumente in einen geeigneten nstrumentenstnder stellen.
Maschinelle Reinigung gem den Vorgaben des Herstellers.
Sichtprfung auf Unversehrtheit und Sauberkeit mit geeignetem Vergrerungsobjekt (erfahrungsgem lsst eine 8-10 fache Vergrerung eine
optische Sichtprfung zu). Sind nach der maschinellen Aufbereitung noch Restkontaminationen auf dem nstrument zu erkennen, Reinigung und
Desinfektion wiederholen bis keine Kontamination mehr sichtbar ist.
2. AIternative manueIIe Reinigung
2.1 Verwendete Ausstattung
- Reinigungsbrste
- geeignetes Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel fr Dentalinstrumente mit nachgewiesener Desinfektionswirkung
- Ultraschallbad
2.2 Aufbereitung
nstrument aus dem Frsator bzw. aus dem nterimstnder nehmen und Oberflchenverschmutzungen grndlich unter flieendem Wasser vom
nstrument absplen. Anhaftende Verschmutzungen bei stndigem Drehen des nstrumentes unter der Brste vollstndig entfernen. nstrument unter
flieendem Wasser absplen. nstrumentarium in einem geeignetem Siebbehltnis in das mit Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel befllte
Ultraschallgert geben. Reinigung und Desinfektion gem der Angaben der Hersteller des Ultraschallbads und der Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel.
nstrument nach Ablauf der Einwirkzeit grndlich mit geeignetem Wasser (zur Vermeidung von Rckstnden mglichst mit voll entsalztem [VE] Wasser)
absplen. nstrumentarium vorzugsweise mit Druckluft trocknen Sichtprfung auf Unversehrtheit und Sauberkeit mit geeignetem Vergrerungsobjekt
(erfahrungsgem lsst eine 8-10 fache Vergrerung eine optische Sichtprfung zu). Sind auf dem nstrument Restkontaminationen zu erkennen,
Reinigung und chemische Desinfektion wiederholen bis keine Kontamination mehr sichtbar ist.
2.3 KontroIIe und Funktionsprfung
nstrumente, die folgende Mngel aufweisen, sind umgehend auszusortieren.
- fehlende Diamantierung (blanke Stellen)
- stumpfe und ausgebrochene Schneiden
- Formschden (z.B. verbogene nstrumente, geknickte, verzwirbelte oder frakturierte Arbeitsteile)
- korrodierte Oberflchen
3. AbschIieende Aufbereitungsschritte
3.1 Medizinprodukte Semikritisch B : Thermische Desinfektion
Abschlieende thermische Desinfektion im Dampfsterilisator und Lagerung unverpackt in geeigneten Stndern oder Siebschalen.
3.2 Medizinprodukte Kritisch B : SteriIverpackung und SteriIisation
3.2.1 Verpackung
Es ist eine fr das nstrument und Sterilisationsverfahren geeignete Verpackung zu whlen.
Einzelverpackung: Die Verpackung muss so gro sein, dass die Versiegelung nicht unter Spannung steht.
m Set: nstrumente in das dafr vorgesehene Tray einsortieren oder auf Allzweck-Sterilisationstrays legen.
Die nstrumente mssen geschtzt sein. Zum Verpacken des Trays ist ein geeignetes Verfahren anzuwenden.
nstrumente mit einer Beschrnkung der Anwendungshufigkeit sind entsprechend zu kennzeichnen.
3.2.2 SteriIisation
Dampfsterilisation im fraktionierten Vakuumverfahren bei 134C in einem Gert nach EN 285 um Fleckenbildung und Korrosion zu vermeiden, muss der
Dampf frei von nhaltsstoffen sein. Die empfohlenen Grenzwerte der nhaltsstoffe fr Speisewasser und Dampfkondensat sind festgelegt durch EN 285.
Die Angaben des Gerteherstellers sind zu beachten.
3.2.3 Transport und Lagerung
Der Transport und die Lagerung des verpackten Sterilguts erfolgt staub-, feuchtigkeits und rekontaminationsgeschtzt.
4. GrundstzIiche Anmerkung
Beachten Sie die in hrem Land gltigen, rechtlichen Bestimmungen zur Wiederaufbereitung von Medizinprodukten (z.B. www.rki.de).
Seitens des Herstellers ist sichergestellt, dass die oben angefhrten Aufbereitungsverfahren fr die Aufbereitung der genannten nstrumentengruppen
zu deren Wiederverwendung geeignet sind.

2. AIternative manuaI cIeaning
2.1 Used equipment
- cleaning brush
- appropriate detergent or disinfectant for dental instruments with detected disinfectant effect
- ultrasonic bath
2.2 Preparation
Take the instrument out of the container and respectively the interim-tray and clean the surface contamination under running water from the instrument.
Remove adhesive contamination completely by constantly turning the instrument under the brush. Clean the instrument under running water. Put the
instruments into a strainer element and into the ultrasonic unit filled with detergent or disinfectant. Clean and disinfect according to the directions of the
manufacturers of the ultrasonic bath and the detergent and disinfectant. At the end of the residence time clean the instrument with appropriate water (to
avoid remnants preferably use fully desalted water (VE)). Dry the instruments preferably with compressed-air. Sight check for intactness and cleanness
with an appropriate magnification instrument (from experience 8 - 10 magnification makes an optic sight check possible). f there are areas of
contamination visible, repeat cleaning and chemical disinfection until there is no more contamination visible.
2.3 ControI and functionaI check
nstruments with the following defects are to be separated immediately
- missing diamond bonding (bare spots)
- blunt and broken out blades
- shape damages (e.g. twisted instruments, buckled, twisted or broken working part)
- corroded surfaces
3. CIosing steps of preparation
3.1 MedicaI products semi criticaI B: thermaI disinfection
Final thermal disinfection in the steam sterilizer and store unpacked in appropriate support or strainer tray.
3.2 MedicaI products criticaI B: steriIe packaging and steriIization
3.2.1 Packaging
There is a choice of the appropriate packaging for the instrument and the sterilization process.
ndividually packaging: The packaging has to be large enough that the seal is not under tension.
Set: Sort the instruments into the provided tray or lay them onto an all-purpose sterilization tray.
The instruments must be protected. For packing the tray apply an appropriate process.
nstruments with a limited frequency of use should be marked accordingly.
3.2 SteriIisation
Steam sterilisation with the vacuum process at 134 C in a device according to EN 285 to avoid staining and corrosion, the steam has to be
free of components. The advised limit of components for drinking water and steam condensate is fixed by EN 285.
Consider manufacturer's information.
3.2.3 Transport and storage
The transport and storage of the packaged sterile goods is effected in a dust, humidity and contamination protected manner.
4. Basic annotation
Consider the valid legal regulations of your country concerning the recycling of medical products (e.g. www.rki.de).
The manufacturer assures that the processes of recycling explicated above are appropriate for the preparation of the mentioned groups
of instruments for their reutilization.

Les produits concerns
Les informations contenues dans le prsent document du fabricant sont applicables tous les instruments de chirurgie, de parodontologie ou
d'endodontie fournis par acurata G+K Mahnhardt Dental e. K. l s'agit l d'instruments rotatifs en carbure de tungstne/diamants/ polir/en acier
inoxydable, ainsi que d'instruments en acier ou en nickel-titane pour le traitement canalaire. Les instruments fournis non striles doivent,
avant premire utilisation, subir la prparation requise.
Restrictions concernant Ie reconditionnement des instruments
En rgle gnrale, un produit arrive en fin de vie quand il est soit us, soit abm.
Un reconditionnement frquent de ces instruments n'altrera en rien leurs performances.
Conservation et transport
A la fin de l'intervention sur le patient, mettre immdiatement les instruments dans le dcontaminateur aprs y avoir vers le produit
nettoyant/dsinfectant adquat. Le transport des fraises au lieu de reconditionnement de celles-ci devra tre effectu avec ce rcipient.
Pour les instruments d'endodontie vous pouvez aussi utiliser les rcipients spciaux contenant une mousse imprgne de dsinfectant.
Nettoyage et dsinfection
Comme le prconise l'nstitut Robert Koch nstitutes (RK), le reconditionnement des instruments devra tre effectu de faon mcanise de prfrence.
Avant de procder au reconditionnement des instruments d'endodontie, toujours retirer leurs stops silicone.
1. Nettoyage mcanis
1.1 Le matrieI requis
- Appareil de nettoyage et de dsinfection
- Support pour les instruments rotatifs et les instruments d'endodontie
1.2 Le reconditionnement des instruments
Juste avant de procder au reconditionnement mcanis des instruments, les sortir du dcontaminateur/de leur support et bien les laver l'eau du
robinet. Ensuite, les placer sur un porte-instruments adquat puis effectuer le nettoyage mcanis en suivant bien les instructions du fabricant.
Aprs, avec une loupe grossissant suffisamment, regarder si les instruments ne sont pas abms et vrifier s'ils sont bien propres (pour ce contrle
visuel, l'exprience a montr qu'il fallait utiliser une loupe grossissant au moins 8 10 fois.). Si aprs le reconditionnement mcanis il y a encore des
traces de contamination sur les instruments, rpter le nettoyage et la dsinfection jusqu' ce que toutes ces traces aient disparu.

2. Le nettoyage manueI en tant qu'aIternative au nettoyage mcanis
2.1 Ie matrieI requis
- Brosse de nettoyage
- Produit de nettoyage/de dsinfection adquat, dont l'efficacit de dsinfection devra avoir t prouve.
- Bac ultrasons
2.2 Reconditionnement
Sortir les instruments du dcontaminateur/du support instruments puis bien les rincer l'eau du robinet afin de les dbarrasser de toutes les salissures
de surface. Pour faire partir les salissures tenaces : faire, sans interruption, des mouvements de rotation avec l'instrument et la brosse. Rincer ensuite
l'instrument l'eau du robinet puis le dposer dans un panier perfor adquat, lequel sera ensuite mis dans le bac ultrasons rempli de produit nettoyant
et dsinfectant. Le nettoyage et la dsinfection devront tre effectus en suivant bien les instructions du fabricant du bac ultrasons et du produit
nettoyant et dsinfectant. Quand le temps d'action de ce produit est coul, bien nettoyer les instruments avec une eau adquate (de prfrence une
eau entirement dminralise afin qu'il n'y ait pas de rsidus) puis les scher, de prfrence l'air comprim. Ensuite, avec une loupe grossissant
suffisamment, regarder si les instruments ne sont pas abms et s'ils sont bien propres (pour ce contrle visuel, l'exprience a montr qu'il fallait utiliser
une loupe grossissant au moins 8 10 fois.). S'il reste des traces de contamination sur les instruments, rpter le nettoyage et la dsinfection chimique
jusqu' ce que toutes les traces aient disparu.
2.3 ContrIe visueI et fonctionneI
Eliminer immdiatement tout instrument prsentant les dfauts suivants :
- perte de diamants (zones dnudes)
- taillants mousss ou brchs
- dformations (instrument tordu ou parties travaillantes plies, enchevtres ou fractures)
- traces de corrosion
3. Dernires tapes de reconditionnement des instruments
3.1 Pour Ies produits mdicaux "semi-critiques" de cIasse B : Ia dsinfection thermique
Effectuer la dsinfection thermique, qui est la dernire tape, avec un strilisateur vapeur, puis ranger les instruments, sans les emballer, sur des
porte-instruments ou dans des bacs perfors adquats.
3.2 Pour Ies produits mdicaux "critiques" de cIasse B : mise sous embaIIage striIe + striIisation
3.2.1 EmbaIIage
Choisir un emballage adapt au type d'instruments et la strilisation.
Emballage unitaire : l'emballage devra tre suffisamment grand pour ne pas tre sous tension.
Plateau : ranger les instruments l'intrieur du plateau prvu cet effet (ou l'intrieur d'un plateau de strilisation usage universel). Les instruments
devront tre protgs. Par consquent, emballer le plateau, en utilisant un procd d'emballage adapt.
Concernant les instruments pour lesquels il y a des restrictions quant la frquence d'utilisation, l'indiquer clairement.
3.2.2 StriIisation
Strilisation la vapeur, avec vide fractionn, 134C, dans un appareil qui soit conforme la norme EN 285. Afin de prvenir les risques de tches ou
de corrosion, la vapeur ne devra contenir aucune substance. Les valeurs limites recommandes pour les substances concernes prsentes dans l'eau
d'alimentation et les condensats figurent dans la norme EN 285. Bien suivre galement les indications du fabricant de l'appareil de strilisation.
3.2.3 Transport et conservation
Le transport et la conservation du produit strilis et emball devront se faire en le protgeant bien de la poussire, de l'humidit et des risques de
recontamination.
4. Indications gnraIes
Veuillez respecter la lgislation de votre pays sur le reconditionnement des produits mdicaux (pour l'Allemagne : consulter le site www.rki.de).
Le fabricant prcise pour sa part que les procds de reconditionnement susmentionns conviennent pour le reconditionnement en vue de leur
rutilisation des instruments appartenant aux catgories d'instruments susmentionnes.

paradontologiche o endodontiche. Sono strumenti rotanti di carburo di tungsteno, diamantati, lucidatori nonch strumenti dacciaio inossidabile e
strumenti endocanalari in acciaio o nickel-titanio. Strumenti non sterili devono essere preparati anche prima della prima utilizzazione.

La durata sar condizionata in linea di massima dallusura e dal danno causati dallutilizzazione.
La preparazione frequente al riutilizzo non ha nessun effetto riduttivo sulle prestazioni di questi strumenti.
Stoccaggio e trasporto
Prima dellutilizzo sul paziente posizionare gli strumenti in una vaschetta riempita di una soluzione desinfettante. l trasporto degli strumenti al luogo di
preparazione dovr avvenire nella vaschetta. Particolari portastrumenti chi sono imbottiti di una spugna imbevuta di una soluzione disinfettante possono
essere idonei per gli strumenti endocanalari.
PuIizia e disinfezione
Secondo le raccomandazioni dell`stituto Robert Koch (RK) lulteriore preparzione degli strumenti alluso avviene preferibilmente in modo meccanico.
Gli stopper in silicone degli strumenti endocanalari devono essere tolti prima della preparazione.
1. PuIizia meccanica
1.1. Dispositivi usati
- Apparecchiatura di pulizia e di disinfezione
- Portastrumenti per strumenti rotanti e strumenti endocanalari.
1.2. Preparazione
Togliere gli strumenti poco prima della preparazione dalla vaschetta o dal portastrumenti intermedio e sciaquarli attentamente sotto acqua corrente.
Posizionare gli strumenti in un portastrumenti idoneo. Pulizia meccanica secondo le istruzioni del produttore.
Controllo a vista dellintegrit e dello stato pulito attraverso ad esempio una lente adatta (secondo le esperienze un ingrandimento di 8 a 10 volte
permette un controllo a vista ottico). Se ci sono delle contaminazioni residue sullo strumento dopo la preparazione meccanica si dovr ripetere la pulizia
e la disinfezione fino a quando non ci sar nessuna contaminazione visibile.
2. PuIizia manuaIe aIternativa
2.1. Dispositivi usati
- Spazzola di pulizia
- Mezzo di pulizia e di disinfezione adatto per strumenti dentali con effetto disinfettante collaudato
- Bagno ad ultrasuoni
2.2. Preparazione
Togliere gli strumenti dalla vaschetta o dal portastrumenti intermedio poco prima della preparazione e eliminare impurit sciaquandoli attentamente sotto
acqua corrente.
Eliminare residue impurit girando in continuazione la spazzola sullo strumento
Sciaquare gli strumenti attentamente sotto acqua corrente. nserire gli strumenti in un contenitore tipo scodella e posizionarli poi in unapparecchiatura
ad ultrasuoni riempita di soluzione di pulizia e di disinfezione. Pulizia e disinfezione secondo le istruzioni del produttore del bagno ad ultrasuoni e del
mezzo di pulizia e di disinfezione. Alla fine dei tempi prescritti per ottenere leffetto rischiaquare attentamente gli strumenti sotto acqua idonea (per
evitare residui usare preferibilmente acqua pienamente desalinizzata). Asciugare preferibilmente gli strumenti con area compressa. Controllo a vista
dellintegrit e dello stato pulito attraverso ad esempio una lente adatta (secondo le esperienze un ingrandimento di 8 a 10 volte permette un controllo a
vista ottico). Se ci sono delle contaminazioni residue sullo strumento si dovr ripetere la pulizia e la disinfezione chimica fino a quando non ci sar
nessuna contaminazione visibile.
2.3. ControIIo e prova di funzionaIit
Deselezionare strumenti che dimostrano i difetti seguenti:
- diamantatura mancante (punti bianchi)
- taglienti usurate o rotte
- forme alterate (ad esempio parti lavoranti piegate, spezzate, torte o rotte)
- superfici corrotte
3. Misure di preparazione concIusive
3.1. Dispositivi semicritici B: disinfezione termica
Disinfezione termica in autoclave a vapore e stoccaggio sciolto in portastrumenti adatti o in vassoi.
3.2. Dispositivi medici critici B: imbaIIaggio in stato steriIe e steriIizzazione
3.2.1. ImbaIIaggio
Scegliere un imballo adatto per lo strumento e la procedura di sterilizzazione.
mballo degli strumenti singoli: limballo dovr avere dimensioni da non mettere la sigillatura sotto tensione.
n kit: posizionare gli strumenti al posto giusto nel portastrumenti previsto o sul vassoio universale.
Gli strumenti devono essere protetti. Applicare una procedura adatta per limballo del vassoio.
Strumenti con limiti di frequenza dutilizzo devono essere marcati in modo adeguato.
3.2.2. SteriIizzazione
Sterilizzazione a vapore con la procedura di vuoto frazionato a 134C in unapparecchiatura secondo EN 285. Per evitare la formazione di macchie e la
corrosione il vapore deve essere privo di sostanze. valori massimi di sostanze nellacqua del rubinetto e quelli del condensato di vapore sono definiti
dal EN 285. Rispettare le indicazioni del produttore.
3.2.3.Trasporto e stoccaggio
l trasporto e il stoccaggio del materiale sterile deve avvenire in modo protetto contro lintroduzione di polveri, di lumidit e contro la ricontaminazione.
4. Considerazione di massima
Rispettare le disposizioni valevoli nel Vostro paese riguardanti la preparazioni al riutilizzo di dispositivi medici.
Da parte del fabbricante garantito che le procedure indicate sopra sono adatte per la preparazione delle categorie di strumenti citate al riutilizzo.
