Alle Öffnungen der Dosierpumpen verschließen.

Close all ports of the hydraulic aggregates.

Alle Dichtungen erneuern.

Nur original HYDROMATIK-Ersatzteile verwenden.

Replace all seals.

Use only original HYDROMATIK spare parts.

Alle Dicht- und Gleitflächen auf Verschleiß prüfen.

Achtung: Nacharbeiten an Dichtflächen z.B. durch
Schleifpapier kann die Oberfläche beschädigen.

Check all seal and sliding surfaces for wear.

Attention: Rework of sealing area f. ex. with abrasive
paper can damage surface.

Dosierpumpen vor Inbetriebnahme mit

1 14 Welle mit Klebeband abkleben.

O-Ring (1) einbauen.

Protect drive shaft with a splicing tape.

Install O-ring.

2 15 Klebeband entfernen, Laufbüchse (2) mit

Vorrichtung aufziehen.
Achtung! Einbaulage

Remove splicing tape, screw up bushing (2)

with device.
Attention! Installing position

16 Zentrierhülse aufstecken.

Mount centering sleeve.

17 Verschlußring (3) komplett mit WDR und O-Ring

einsetzen.
Drehmoment - Befestigungsschrauben beachten.
Hinweis: O-Ring - Dichtlippen - WDR leicht "Einfetten".
Zentrierhülse abziehen - Paßfeder einsetzen.

Insert front cover (3) completely with radial seal ring

and O-ring.
Tightening torque - take care of fixing screws.
Indication: O-ring - lip seals - radial seal ring to
be slightly greased.
Extract centering sleeve - insert key-wayed shaft.

21 Deckel (1) abbauen und Paßscheibe (2) entnehmen.

Paßscheibe entnehmen.
+ Paßscheiben sind der jeweiligen Seite zugeodnet.
Laufbüchse abziehen, O-Ring ausbauen.
+ Wird Deckel (1) nicht abgebaut, besteht die Gefahr,
1 daß durch Verschieben der Spindel die Paßscheibe
in den Gehäuseraum fällt.

Remove cover (1) and shim (2).

2 Remove shim.
+ The shims are assigned to the respective side.
Pull off the bush sleeve, remove O-ring.
+ If the cover (1) is not removed, there is the risk that
the shim falls into the housing, because of a
shifting of the spindle.

22 O-Ring einbauen.
Paßscheibe einbauen.
Laufbuchse mit Vorrichtung aufziehen.

Insert O-ring.
Insert shim.
Draw up bush sleeve with device.

23 Deckel mit Paßscheibe montieren.

Verschlußring mit Dichtung montieren.
+ Dichtlippen WDR leicht einfetten.
Handrad montieren.

Mount cover with shim.

Mount front cover with sealing.
+ Slightly grease sealing lips of shaft seal.
Mount hand wheel.

WDR mit geeignetem Werkzeug austreiben.
+ Verschlußring nicht beschädigen.

Montage:
+ Einbaulage WDR und Distanzring beachten.
+ WDR mit Vorrichtung einpressen.

Remove Seeger ring

Drive off shaft seal with appropriate tool.
+ Do not damage front cover.

Assembly:
+ Observe mounting position of shaft seal
and spacer ring.
+ Press in shaft seal with device.

33 Scheibe und Klemmring auf Mittelzapfenende

befestigen.
+ Bei NG 12 entfällt Klemmring, dafür
Schraube M4 mit Scheibe.

Fasten shim and clamp ring at the end

of the center pin.
+ For size 12 the screw M4 with shims is used
instead of the clamp ring.

Druckflansch mit zwei Schrauben abdrücken und
ausbauen. Paßscheiben auf Flansch aufstecken (auch
die Paßscheibe, die eventuell auf dem Schwenklager
geblieben ist).
Wird der Druckflansch ausgetauscht, ist am alten
Flansch die Bundhöhe einschließlich der beigelegten
Paßscheibe(n) zu messen.Dieses Abstimmaß ist beim
neu zum Einbau kommenden Flansch sicherzustellen,
also Paßscheiben beilegen oder wegnehmen. Paß-
scheiben stehen in den Dicken 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5 und
1mm zur Verfügung.
+ Einbaulage der Flansche bzw. Paßscheiben nicht
vertauschen.
Using two screws, press off and remove the pressure
flange. Put the shims into the flange (also the shim
which could possibly have stuck to the
swivel bearing).
If the pressure flange must be replaced, measure the
length of the collar including shims on the original
flange. Ensure the new flange has the same length.
We stock shims with the thickness of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3,
0.5 and 1mm.
+ Do not interchange the mounting position of
the flanges respectively shims.

38 Handrad, Verschlußring und Deckel abbauen.

Remove hand wheel, front cover and cover.

Steigt oder sinkt das Betriebsmedium im Rohr,

If the medium in the pipe rises and falls,
the zero position is not o.k.

45 Dichtscheibe und Lager einpressen.

+ Dichtscheibe parallel zum
Gehäuse einpressen.

Press in sealing washer and bearing.

+ Press in sealing washer parallel to
the housing.

46 Schwenkgehäuse im Pumpenflansch einsetzen.

+ Einbaulage → Schwenkzapfen
O-Ring in Flansch einsetzen.

Beim offenen Druckflansch zuerst Dichtbüchse mit

Rechteckring einsetzen und einschieben bis mit
Schräge in Bohrung eben.
Paßscheiben mit Fett am Flansch ankleben, dann
Flansch einziehen und festschrauben.

With open pressure flange, first insert sealing bush

with rectangular ring and push on until flush with
the top of the bore.
Using grease, stick shims on to the flange and then

Sicherungsring in Einstich montieren.

When ordering a replacement, please quote the serial
number of the pump.

Heat housing to 80 C (by stove or oil watering)
and insert rotary group centrally,
holding the pump flange vertical as you do so.

Mount front cover

Klemmring lösen und mit Scheibe abnehmen.

Loosen clamp ring and remove complete with washer.

51 Steuerplatte einbauen. Durchschlag oder Reiß-

nadel erleichtern Zentrierung mit Mittelzapfen.
Neue Teflon-Dichtringe mit Fett in die Einsenkungen
der Abschlußplatte einsetzen.
Fixierstift einsetzen.
Abschlußplatte montieren, auf Verdrillung der
Steuerplatte achten.

52 Dichtflächen reinigen.
Neue Dichtung montieren.
+ Dichtungen beidseitig mit Loctite 511 bestreichen.
+ Nach Prüflauf die Befestigungsschrauben nachziehen.

Clean sealing faces.
