Nachstellanleitung / Adjustment Instruction

Abdichtung/Sealing STD, CA, FS, FSN, HDS

Empfehlung: Bei Betriebstemperaturen >120°C sollte das

Küken nach Inbetriebnahme leicht nachgestellt werden
(¼ bis ½ Umdrehung der Nachstellschrauben).
Recommendation: If the operating temperature exceeds
120°C the plug may be adjusted once operating temperature
has been reached (¼ to ½ turn of the adjustment bolt)

Kükennachstellung
(bei Undichtigkeit im Durchgang und nach außen)
1. Alle Nachstellschrauben () nacheinander je ¼ bis ½
Umdrehung im Uhrzeigersinn nachstellen.
2. Das Küken um 10-15° drehen, damit es sich setzen kann.
Sollte die Armatur noch nicht dicht sein, Punkt 1+2 wiederholen.

ACHTUNG Nachstellschrauben nicht zu viel nach-

stellen. Losbrechmoment steigt sonst zu stark!

Plug Adjustment
(internal and external leakage)
1. All both adjusting bolts () shall be turned ¼ to ½
rotations clockwise one after another.
2. Afterwards move the plug 10-15 degrees and back.
If the valve is still leaking please repeat step 1 and 2.

NOTE Please do not over tighten the adjustment bolts

as the breakaway torque may increase beyond the
normal limits.

Probenahmesysteme/Sampling Systems
Kükennachstellung
(bei Undichtigkeit im Durchgang und nach außen)
1. Hutmutter mit integrierter Dichtung abschrauben und
Nachstellgewindestifte freilegen ()
2. Alle Nachstellgewindestifte mit Innensechskant ()
nacheinander je ¼ bis ½ Umdrehung im Uhrzeiger-
sinn nachstellen.
3. Das Küken um 10-15° drehen, damit es sich setzen
kann.
4. Sollte die Armatur noch nicht dicht sein, Punkt 1+2
wiederholen.
5. Anschließend Hutmuttern mit Dichtungen wieder
montieren.

Schaftpackungnachstellung
(bei Undichtigkeit nach außen)
6. Alle Sicherheitsmuttern () nacheinander mit nicht
zu hoher Kraft je ¼ bis ½ Umdrehung im Uhrzeiger-
sinn nachstellen.

ACHTUNG Nachstellmuttern/-stifte nicht zu viel

nachstellen. Losbrechmoment steigt sonst zu stark!

Plug Adjustment
(internal and external leakage)
1. Unscrew cap nut with integrated sealing to access
adjusting grub screw with hexagon socket . ()
2. Adjusting grub screws () shall be turned ¼ to ½
rotations clockwise one after another.
3. Afterwards move the plug 10-15 degrees and back.
4. If the valve is still leaking please repeat step 1 and 2.
5. Afterwards please re-mount the cap nut with inte-
grated sealing.

Stuffing box adjustment

(external leakage)
6. Fasten adjusting nuts () ¼ to ½ turn clockwise
with normal wrench as known normally for stuffing
box.

NOTE Please do not over tighten the adjustment

nuts/screws as the breakaway torque may increase
beyond the normal limits.
