El propsito de este documento es el de apoyarle en su terapia y durante
sus viajes. Contiene formularios que le harn ms fcil llevar consigo e
introducir sus medicamentos en el pas al que vaya de vacaciones. El
certificado mdico que se adjunta al final acredita la necesidad de usar
los medicamentos y debe ir firmado por su mdico.
Tambin se incluye una carta para los auxiliares de tripulacin, en caso
de que viaje en avin. En ella se exige guardar Adalimumab en la nevera,
puesto que este medicamento debe permanecer refrigerado. Hemos
incluido informacin especfica sobre infecciones, infartos de miocardio y
fracturas seas por si enfermara o tuviera que recibir tratamiento mdico
durante sus vacaciones.

Infecciones
Adalimumab puede elevar el riesgo de infecciones. Estas pueden avan-
zar rpidamente y agravarse. Por ello se recomienda un tratamiento tem-
prano con antibiticos adecuados. Si el paciente presenta una infeccin
grave, debe suspenderse el tratamiento con Adalimumab hasta que la
infeccin se haya controlado.
Operaciones
Si por causa de una lesin, por ejemplo una fractura sea, es necesario
realizar una operacin, no se debe administrar Adalimumab antes de la
intervencin. En caso de infecciones, el paciente debe ser controlado
estrechamente y aplicarse las medidas correspondientes.
Insuficiencia cardaca
Adalimumab no debe emplearse en pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca
moderada o grave. Si presenta sntomas de insuficiencia cardiaca
(dificultades para respirar, hinchazn de los pies) debe consultar
inmediatamente a un mdico.

Adalimumab pu aumentare il rischio di infezioni. In alcuni casi, esse pos-
sono svilupparsi velocemente e avere un decorso grave. Pertanto, si rac-
