Alle Preise verstehen sich ab Lager und zuzüglich gesetzlicher
Mehrwertsteuer. Alle Preise sind frei bleibend. Der Verkauf
erfolgt nur, solange der Vorrat reicht. Staffelrabatte sind nicht
mit anderen Rabatten (z. B. Aktionsrabatt) kombinierbar. Sämt-
liche früher erschienenen Preislisten, Kataloge und Verkaufs-
bedingungen verlieren mit Erscheinen dieses Kataloges ihre
Gültigkeit.
Lieferung/Versand
Bestellungen ab 200 € Warenwert frei Haus innerhalb
Deutschlands und Österreichs, ab 700 € Warenwert frei Haus
innerhalb der EU. Lieferungen auf Inseln beinhalten abwei-
chende Inselzuschläge (auf Anfrage). Unter 200 € Warenwert
innerhalb Deutschlands und Österreichs wird eine Versand­
kostenpauschale von 9,90 € berechnet. Ein Mindermen-
genzuschlag von 15 € wird bei einer Bestellung unter 100 €
Warenwert zusätzlich berechnet. Bei Bestellungen unter 700 €
Warenwert innerhalb der EU, aber außerhalb Deutschlands
und Österreichs, werden 0,90 €/Kg berechnet (Dosen auf

erforderlich. Die Lagerung ist nur ordnungsgemäß, wenn der
Tee in der originalen Umverpackung ohne Lichteinwirkung kühl
und trocken gelagert wird.

Order
To ensure fast order processing we ask that you please submit
your orders by 12 noon. Orders can be placed via our website,
in writing or by phone. The company Alveus GmbH only makes
deliveries to retailers.
Prices/VAT
All prices are ex stock and with the addition of VAT. All prices
are subject to alteration. Sale is only available while stocks
last. Staggered rebates cannot combined with other discounts
(e.g. special offer discounts). All previously published price
lists, catalogues and sales conditions lose their validity with the
publication of this catalogue.
Delivery/shipping
Orders from €200 in value are shipped for free within Germa-
ny and Austria, orders from €700 in value are shipped for free
inside the EU. Deliveries to islands include island surcharges
(on request). Orders below €200 in value are shipped within
Germany and Austria with a shipping fee of €9.90. A surchar-
ge of €15 will be charged for orders less than €100 in va-
lue. For orders under €700 in value within the EU, but outside
of Germany and Austria, €0.90/kg is charged (boxes on re-
quest), but at least €12.90/order, orders under €200 in value
within the EU, but outside of Germany And Austria, include
a surch­arge of €15, orders under €100 in value will not be
carried out. First orders are postage-free. Unless otherwise ag-
reed, or if the contract does not indicate otherwise, the delivery
time stated by us is always non-binding. We are entitled to
conduct partial deliveries, provided that this is reasonable for
the customer.

Tea storage/ Minimum shelf life
In order to ensure the quality and minimum shelf life of the
product, proper storage of tea is essential. The tea is only
properly stored, if it's left in the original packaging, cool, dry
and no exposure to light.

Wareneingang/Rücksendungen
Eine unmittelbare Wareneingangskontrolle (Qualitäts- und
Mengenprüfung) wird vorausgesetzt. Offensichtliche Trans-
portschäden sind sofort beim Erhalt der Ware von dem
Transportunternehmen bestätigen zu lassen. Etwaige andere
Schäden sind unmittelbar nach Entdecken, jedoch spätestens
drei Werktage nach Erhalt der Ware zu beanstanden, andern-
falls entfällt die Gewährleistung für diesen Mangel. Verdeckte
Mängel sind unverzüglich nach Entdecken – spätestens nach
3 Werktagen – dem Verkäufer schriftlich anzugeben. Andern-
falls gilt die Ware als angenommen. Nicht mitgelieferte Ware
wird, solange nicht anders angegeben, automatisch, und ohne
weitere Versandkosten, nachgeliefert.
Verpackungen und Sondermischungen
Unsere Verpackungseinheit beträgt 1 Kg. Kleinere Mengen sind
nicht lieferbar. Teesorten mit anderen Verpackungs­einheiten
sind davon ausgenommen. Ab einer Bestellung von 25 Kg /
Sorte wird der Tee in Säcken verpackt. Preise bei größeren
Abnahmen ab 50 Kg / Sorte oder für Sondermischungen auf
Anfrage. Individuelle Teemischungen, z. B. Sonderanfertigun-
gen oder gestrichene Artikel aus alten Katalogen, werden ab
8 Kg / Sorte produziert, solange alle Rohstoffe vorhanden
sind. Die Preise sind nicht rabattfähig und können je nach
Situation der Rohstoffpreise angepasst werden. Bitte beachten
Sie, dass die Zutatenlisten dem aktuellen Stand entspre-
chen. Auf Grund von neuen Kennzeichnungsvorschriften oder
Marktsituationen können sich die Zutatenlisten ändern. Die in
unserem Katalog aufgeführten Zutaten dienen zur Information
und befreien Sie nicht von der eigenverantwortlichen Prüfung
im Rahmen der eigenen Sorgfaltspflicht auf ihre Eignung für die
beabsichtigten Verfahren und Zwecke und die Gefahr einer
Verletzung etwaiger Schutzrechte Dritter.

Bitte bestellen Sie Etiketten jeglicher Art ausdrücklich mit, da
viele Kunden hierfür keinen Bedarf anmelden. Bestellte und
gelieferte Etiketten müssen nach Erhalt auf Fehler kontrolliert
werden. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass die Alveus
GmbH keinerlei Haftung für Markenschutz und Lebensmittel-

Zahlung
Erstbestellungen werden ausschließlich gegen Vorauskasse
abgewickelt. Es gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen betref-
fend die Folgen des Zahlungsverzugs.

Incoming goods/returns
An immediate incoming goods inspection (quality and quanti-
ty check) is required. Any obvious transport damage must be
immediately confirmed by the transport company upon receipt
of the goods. Any other damages are to be reported immedia-
tely as soon as they are detected, but at the latest 3 working
days after receipt of the goods, otherwise the guarantee for
this defect is void. Any hidden defects must be immediately
reported to the Seller in writing once identified. Otherwise,
the goods shall be deemed to be in an acceptable condition.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivered goods will be delivered
automatically, without any additional shipping costs.
Packaging and special blends
Our goods are packaged in units of 1 kg. Smaller quantities
are not available for delivery. Tea varieties with other packa-
ging units are excluded. For an order of 25 kg/variety, the tea
is packaged in bags of 25 kg. Prices for larger quantities from
50 kg/variety or for special blends are available on request.
Individual tea blends, like custom-made products or items no
longer available contained in old catalogues, are produced
from 8 kg/variety, as long as all raw materials are available.
The prices are not available for discounts and can be adjus-
ted depending on the situation of the raw material prices.
Please make sure that the ingredient lists are up-to-date. The
ingredient lists may change as a result of new labelling re-
quirements or market conditions. The ingredients listed in our
catalogue are intended for information purposes, as a result
you are not free of responsibility under our own due diligence
for their suitability for the intended procedures and purposes
and the risk of infringement of any third party's intellectual
property rights.
Labels
Please explicitly order your labels of all types at the time of
making your order, as many customers do not require them.
Ordered and delivered labels must be checked for errors
after receipt. We would like to draw your attention to the fact
that Alveus GmbH assumes no liability whatsoever for brand
protection and food labelling on special labels ordered on
your behalf.
Please quote the prices of our range of accessories.
Payment
First orders are only processed as advance payments. Legal
provisions apply to the consequences of any delay in payment.

Streitigkeiten aus oder im Zusammenhang mit der Vertrags­
beziehung zwischen uns und dem Kunden, ist unser Sitz in
Hamburg.

Die Beschreibungen und Zutaten unserer Tees können sich aus
verschiedenen Gründen im Laufe eines Jahres ändern. Zum
Beispiel kann es vorkommen, dass einzelne Zutaten nicht mehr
lieferbar sind und wir diese gleichwertig ersetzen. Auch neue
Auszeichnungspflichten können eine kurzfristige Änderung der
Teebeschreibungen notwendig machen.
Dies hat zur Folge, dass in solchen Fällen die Informationen
unseres Jahreskatalogs nicht mehr aktuell sind.
Daher unsere Empfehlung: Bevor Sie Tee-Etiketten oder sonsti-
ge Verkaufsmaterialien drucken lassen möchten, fragen Sie uns
bitte immer zuvor nach aktuellen Informationen. So sind Sie auf
der sicheren Seite.
Reservation of ownership
The goods remain the property of Alveus GmbH until the
payment has been completely received.
Place of performance
The place of performance for our deliveries is our warehouse,
from which we deliver.
Governing law and place of jurisdiction
Solely the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply
for the business relationship between the customer and the
company. The UN purchase rights (CISG) do not apply.
For all disputes between the customer and the company (also
internationally), the place of jurisdiction will exclusively be our
domicile in Hamburg.
All information is provided without guarantee. We reserve the
right to make changes to our labels and packaging as part of
product improvements.

For various reasons, the ingredients and product descriptions of
our teas may change during the course of the year. For example,
sometimes particular ingredients are no longer available, so we
may replace them with similar ones. New labelling rules can
also make it necessary to change product descriptions at short
notice.
This means that in cases such as these, the information in our
annual catalogue may no longer be up-to-date.
This is why we recommend the following: Before you have your
tea labels or other sales materials printed, please ask to receive
our current information first. Just to be on the safe side.
