Gleitkufenelemente und Schrauben entsprechend Auswahltabel-

le bereitlegen (siehe vorherige Seite). Elemente zu einem Gleitku-
fenband verbinden und die Muttern nur einige Umdrehungen auf
die Schrauben drehen.

Rohroberflächen im Kontaktbereich Rohr/Kufe mit Schubsi-

cherungsband umwickeln, um optimale Sicherheit gegen Ver-
rutschen zu gewährleisten.

Vormontierte Elemente um das Mediumrohr legen und letzte Ver-

bindung schließen.

Anschließend die Schrauben gleichmäßig anziehen, so dass sich

zwischen den Gleitkufenelementen die gleichen Abstände erge-
ben.

Die Vierkantmuttern sind so auszurichten, dass sie in die dafür

vorgesehenen Aussparungen in dem Gleitkufensegment gefasst
werden.

Schrauben mit einem Anzugsdrehmoment von max. 3 Nm an-

ziehen, so dass der Gleitkufenring unverrückbar auf dem Rohr
festsitzt. Die Schrauben müssen nicht zwingend komplett zusam-
mengezogen werden.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Get insulator elements and bolts ready according to the selection

table (see reverse). Join the elements in a insulator band and
tighten the nuts just a few turns on the bolts.

Wrap the pipe surfaces in the contact area of the pipe/spacer with
a anti slipping protection band to ensure optimum safety against
slipping.

Place pre-assembled elements around the carrier pipe and close

the final segments.

Then tighten the bolts evenly in order to get even distances

between the insulator elements.

The square nuts have to be aligned in a way to fit in the corres-

ponding recesses of the insulator segment.

Tighten the bolts with a torque of no more than 3 Nm so that the

insulator ring is firmly attached to the pipe. It is not absolutely
necessary to tighten the bolts completely.
