2.1 Die Betriebsanleitung
Wir bedanken uns für den Kauf diese GÖLZ-Produktes. Diese Betriebsanleitung soll erleichtern den Bohr-
ständer kennenzulernen und seine bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu nutzen. Die Betriebsan-
leitung enthält wichtige Hinweise den Bohrständer sachgerecht und wirtschaftlich zu betreiben. Ihre Beach-
tung hilft Gefahren, Reparaturkosten und Ausfallzeiten zu vermindern und die Zuverlässigkeit und die Le-
bensdauer des Bohrständers zu erhöhen. Die Betriebsanleitung ist um Anweisungen aufgrund bestehender
nationaler Vorschriften zur Unfallverhütung und zum Umweltschutz zu ergänzen.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist von jeder Person zu lesen und anzuwenden, die mit Arbeiten mit und am Bohr-
ständer z. B.:
- Bedienung (einschließlich Rüsten, Störungsbehebung im Arbeitsablauf, Pflege, Entsorgung von
Betriebs- und Hilfsstoffen)
- Instandhaltung (Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung) und/oder Transport beauftragt ist.
Neben der Betriebsanleitung und den im Verwenderland und an der Einsatzstelle geltenden verbindlichen
Regelungen zur Unfallverhütung sind auch die anerkannten fachtechnischen Regeln für sicherheits- und
fachgerechtes Arbeiten zu beachten.
3. Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise
3.1 Hinweise zur Betriebsanleitung
Die Betriebsanleitung ständig am Einsatzort der Maschine griffbereit aufbewahren! Ergänzend zur Betriebsan-
leitung allgemeingültige gesetzliche und sonstige verbindliche Regelungen zur Unfallverhütung und zum
Umweltschutz beachten und anweisen! Derartige Pflichten können auch z. B. den Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
oder das Tragen persönlicher Schutzausrüstungen betreffen! Betriebsanleitung um Anweisungen einschließlich
Aufsichts- und Meldepflichten zur Berücksichtigung betrieblicher Besonderheiten, z. B. hinsichtlich Arbeitsorg-
anisation, Arbeitsabläufen, eingesetztem Personal, ergänzen!

Das mit Tätigkeiten an der Maschine beauftragte Personal muss vor Arbeitsbeginn die Betriebsanleitung, und
hier insbesondere die Kapitel Sicherheitshinweise, gelesen haben. Während des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu

Warten und Instandhalten)! Vorgeschriebene oder in der Betriebsanleitung angegebene Fristen für wiederkeh-

4. Transport und Lagerung

4.1 Transport
Der Bohrständer ist nicht für den Krantransport konzipiert (keine geeigneten Lastaufnahmepunkte vorhanden)!
Der Bohrständer kann bei abgenommenem Bohrmotor bequem von einer Person am Bügelgriff angehoben
und transportiert werden.
4.2 Lagerung
Bohrständer in einem trockenen, gut belüfteten und für Unbefugte unzugänglichem Raum lagern. Bei längerer
Einlagerung (Winterzeit) gründlich reinigen und mit einem geeigneten Korrosionsschutzmittel behandeln.
Nicht montierte Bohrkronen in einem trockenen, gut belüfteten und für Unbefugte unzugänglichem Raum la-
gern. Bohrkronen mit kleinem Durchmesser nur liegend, und Bohrkronen mit großem Durchmesser nur stehend
lagern und nichts darauf abstellen.
5. Einsatzort, Inbetriebnahme
5.1 Einsatzort
Unfallgefahr durch eventuell herabfallende Bohrkerne beim Durchbohren von Decken etc. . Bereiche, in die
beim Bohren Bohrkerne fallen können, sind immer gegen Betreten abzusichern!
Bohrständer zum Einsatzort transportieren. Der Einsatzort muss einen festen und stabilen Untergrund aufweisen,
frei von Hindernissen sein und gute Lichtverhältnisse bieten (ggf. beleuchtet sein).

6. Betrieb
Einsatzort von allem befreien, was den Betrieb behindern könnte! Auf korrekte Montage der Bohr-
krone achten! Mit Ausnahme des Bedieners dürfen sich keine weiteren Personen im Arbeitsbereich
aufhalten!
Drehende Teile (Bohrspindel, Bohrkrone etc.) während des Bohrvorgangs nicht berühren!
6.2 Bohrvorgang
Bei Beginn des Bohrens mit mäßigem Vorschubdruck arbeiten. Nach dem Anbohren auf einen gleichmä-
ßigen Bohrvorschub achten und dem zu bohrenden Material anpassen.
• Vorschub zu groß - Motorüberlastung!
• Vorschub zu gering - Stumpfe Segmente!
7. Wartung, Instandsetzung
Entsprechend den vorgegebenen Zyklen sind die nachfolgend beschriebenen Wartungsarbeiten durchzufüh-
ren. Dabei sind auch die keinen bestimmten Wartungsintervallen unterliegenden Verschleißteile regelmäßig
auf Abnutzung zu überprüfen und ggf. einzustellen oder auszutauschen. Bei Verbrennungsmotoren sind die
Wartungsarbeiten gemäß der gesonderten Wartungsanleitung des Motorenherstellers durchzuführen.
Alle Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Pflegearbeiten dürfen nur bei abgeschaltetem Bohrmotor und heraus-
gezogenem Netzstecker erfolgen!

7.1 Bohrständer
CD 400
Der Bohrständer ist nach dem Bohrvorgang zu säubern und auf seine Funktionsfähigkeit zu überprüfen. Not-
wendige Reparaturen sofort durchführen. (Ersatzteile siehe Ersatzteilliste). Die Führungssäule ist mit einem
handelsüblichen Gleitspray leicht einzusprühen.
7.2 Bohrkrone
Nach dem Bohrvorgang die Bohrkrone genau kontrollieren auf:
Abbruch einzelner Segmente oder Segmentstücke/Risse am Segmentfuß/Deformation der Bohrkrone/
Abnutzung
Sind solche Fehler festgestellt worden, so ist das Werkzeug zur Reparatur einzusenden. Ferner ist der Ge-
windeanschluss auf Sauberkeit zu prüfen. Stumpf gewordene Bohrkronen nachschärfen. (Zubehör: GÖLZ
- Schärfstein).
Verschleißteile für diese Maschine sind in der Ersatzteilliste Seite 22 mit (Ò) gekennzeichnet
und die Ersatzteile mit (#).

2. Basic informations
2.1 The operating instruction
Thanks for choosing a GÖLZ-product. This operating instruction is designed to familiarize the user with the
machine and itsuse.The operating instruction contains important information on how to operate the machine
safely, properly and most efficiently. Observing these instructions helps to avoid danger, to reduce repair costs
and downtimes and to increase the reliability and life of the machine.The operating instruction is to be supple-
mented by the respective national rules and regulations for accident prevention and environmental protection.
The operating instruction must always be available wherever the machine is in use. This operating instruction
must be read and applied by any person in charge of work with or on the machine, such as:
Operation including setting up, troubleshooting in the course of work, evacuation care and disposal of fuels
and consumables.
Maintenance (servicing, inspection, repair) and/or
Transport
In addition to the operating instructions and to the mandatory rules and regulations for accident prevention and
environment protection of the country and place of use of the machine, the generally recognized technical rules
for safe and proper working conditions and procedures must also be observed.
2.2 Designated use
The drill rig has been built in accordance with state-of-the art standards and the recognized safety rules. Ne-
vertheless, its use may constitute a risk to life and limb of the user or of third parties, or cause damage to the
drill rig and to other material property.
The drill rig must only be used in technical perfect condition in accordance with its designated use and the
instructions set out in the instruction book, and only by safety-conscious persons who are fully aware of the
risks involved in operating the drill rig. Any functional disorders, especially those affecting the safety of the drill
rig, should therefore be rectified immediately!
The drill rig is designed exclusively for drilling in concrete, reinforced concrete, natural stone, cast stone and
brickwork. Using the drill rig for purposes other than those mentioned (such as drilling in wood and so on) is
considered contrary to its designated use. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage resulting
from such use. The risk of such misuse lies entirely with the user!
Operating within limits of its designated use also involves observing the instructions set out in the operating
instruction and complying with the inspection and maintenance directives!

The operating instructions must be supplemented by instructions covering the duties involved in supervising
and notifying special organizational features, such as job organization, working sequences or the personnel

entrusted with the work! Personnel entrusted with work on the machine must have read the operating instructions
and in particular the chapter on safety before beginning work. Reading the instructions after work has begun is
too late. This applies especially to persons working only occasionally on the machine, e. g. during setting up or
maintenance! Check - at least from time to time - whether the personnel is carrying out the work in compliance
with the operating instructions and paying attention to risks and safety factors!
For reasons of security, long hair must be tied back or otherwise secured, garments must be close-fitting and
no jewellery - such as rings - may be worn. Injury may result from being caught up in the machinery or from
rings catching on moving parts! Use protective equipment wherever required by the circumstances or by law!
Observe all safety instructions and warnings attached to the machine! See to it that safety instructions and
warnings attached to the machine are always complete and perfectly legible! In the event of safety-relevant
modifications or changes in the behaviour of the machine during operation, stop the machine immediately and
report the malfunction to the competent authority/person! Never make any modifications, additions or conversions
which might affect safety without the supplier’s approval. This also applies to the installation and adjustment
of safety devices and valves as well as to welding work on load-bearing elements! Spare parts must comply
with the technical requirements specified by the manufacturer. Spare parts from original equipment manufac-
turers can be relied to do so! Replace hydraulic hoses within stipulated and appropriate intervals even if no
safety-relevant defects have been detected! Adhere to prescribed intervals or those specified in the operating
instructions for routine checks and inspections! For the execution of maintenance work, tools and workshop
equipment adapted to the task on hand are absolutely indispensable! The personnel must be familiar with the
location and operation of fire extinguishers! Observe all fire-warning and fire-fighting procedures!

Before cleaning the machine with water, steam jet (high-pressure cleaning) or detergents, cover or tape up
all openings which - for safety and functional reasons - must be protected against water, steam or detergent

penetration.
Special care must be taken with electric motors and switchgear cabinets! After cleaning, remove all covers and
tapes applied for that purpose! After cleaning, examine all fuel, lubricant, and hydraulic fluid lines for leaks, loose
connections, chafe marks and damage. Any defects found must be rectified without delay! Always tighten any
screwed connections that have been loosened during maintenance and repair! Any safety devices removed
for setup, maintenance or repair purposes must be refitted and checked immediately upon completion of the
maintenance and repair work! Ensure that all consumables and replaced parts are disposed of safely and with
minimum environmental impact!
3.4 Warning of special dangers
Electric energy
Switch off the machine immediately if trouble occurs in the electrical system! When working with the machine,
maintain a safe distance from overhead electric lines. If work is to be carried out close to overhead lines, the
working equipment must be kept well away from them. Caution, danger! Check out the prescribed safety dis-
tances! If your machine comes into contact with a live wire:
-do not leave the machine,
-warn others against approaching and touching the machine,
-have the live wire de-energized,
-do not leave the machine until the damaged line has been safely de-energized!
Work on the electrical system or equipment may only be carried out by a skilled electrician himself or by specially
instructed personnel under the control and supervision of such electrician and in accordance with the applicable
electrical engineering rules! The electrical equipment of machines is to be inspected and checked at regular
intervals. Defects such as loose connections or scorched cables must be rectified immediately!
Necessary work on live parts and elements must be carried out only in the presence of a second person who can
cut off the power supply in case of danger by actuating the emergency shut-off or main power switch. Secure
the working area with a red-and-white safety chain and a warning sign. Use insulated tools only!
Noise
Always wear the prescribed ear protectors!
3.5 Safety instructions for drill rigs
Regard all safety specifications! Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries! Any
work on and with the drill rig must be executed by reliable personnel only. Statutory minimum age of 18 years
must be observed! Keep children away. Do not let visitors touch the drill rig or extension cord. All visitors should
be kept away from work area! Always shut down the drill motor before maintenance, repair or inspection! Be-
fore operating check the safe condition of the drill rig and drill motor. Check the drill bit is well secured on the
spindle! Damaged drill bits have to be changed immediately! Prevent jamming of the drill bit! Use only recom-
mended drill bits! Store the drill rig in a dry, high or locked place, out of the reach of children or unauthorized
persons! Always shut down the drill motor before leaving the drill rig! Stay alert. Watch what you are doing.
Use common sense. Do not operate when you are tired! Remove adjusting tools. Check to see that the tools
are removed from the drill rig before operating! Make sure the operator has a good stand! Make sure that the
ON-OFF switch is in OFF, before you plug the drill motor into the socket! Keep the drill rig in clean condition.
Periodically inspect cables, hydraulic hoses, switches, plugs and extension cords. The used power supply must
comply with the regulations of power distribution on building sites (fuse protection over FI-protected switch)!
Always complete uncoil extension cords and hydraulic hoses! Do not pull on the supply cord in order to unplug
the drill motor! Danger electric shock! Avoid touching earthed parts like pipes and radiators! Always keep the
electrical installation dry! Prevent that water may enter any part of the drill motor! Never drill overhead without
using a water collecting ring! Make sure, that there are no mains in the material and location of the hole to be
drilled! Never touch rotating parts like drill spindle or drill bit! Make sure, that the drill rig is well fastened before
4. Transport and storing
4.1 Transport
The drill rig is not designed for crane transport - no applicable lifting device mounted.
With dismounted drill motor the drill rig can easily be transported by one person
using the handle.
4.4 Storing
Store the drill rig in a dry, high or locked place, out of the reach of children or unauthorized persons. Clean and
preserve the drill rig with corrosion preventive if storing over a longer time like winter time! Store not mounted
drill bits in a dry, high or locked place, out of the reach of children or unauthorized persons.

5. Starting

5.1 Site
Danger of down coming drilling cores when drilling through ceilings and so on! Secure those places
against entering!
Bring the drill rig to the site. The site must have a solid ground and free of obstacles. Make sure the site is well
lighted.

5.2 Fastening the drill rig
Mark the drill hole centre with chalk and measure the dis-
tance between dowel base and drill spindle centre. Mark
the dowel hole and drill it. Insert the dowel and tighten
the anchor bolt. Place the drill rig and attach plain washer
and fastening nut. Beat in the anchor bolt and tighten the
fastening nut properly. Adjust the four levelling screws.

Place the drill motor with the lower side of the mounting plate on
the axle. Slew it in (fail-safe snaps in) and tighten the eccentric
shaft. Losing the eccentric shaft and pulling out the fail-safe, the
drill motor can be easily removed.

7. Maintenance
Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by the manufacturer. Spare parts from
GÖLZ can be relied to do so! Observe the following indications:
Cut off the drill motor and pull mains plug before maintenance, repair or inspection!
In accordance to the given cycles, the subsequently described maintenance work has to be enforced. Also the
wearing parts subject to no certain maintenance-intervals has to be checked regularly for wear and to adjust
if necessary or to exchange. With I.C. engines, the maintenance work has to be enforced in accordance with
the separate maintenance-instruction of the engine manufacturer.

Wearing parts are the parts subject to operation-related (natural) wear during proper use of the device. The
wearing time cannot be uniformly defined, and differs according to the intensity of use. The wearing parts must
be adjusted, maintained and, if necessary, replaced for the specific device in accordance with the manufacturer’s
operating manual. Operation-related wear is not a reason for defect claims.

2. Avant-propos
Nous vous remercions pour l’achat de cette machine GÖLZ. Le but de ce mode d’emploi est de vous aider à
vous familiariser avec la machine et à faire usage de ses possibilités d’utilisation selon l’emploi prévu. Aucune
modification ne doit être apportée sans l’autorisation du constructeur (perte de valeur du certificat de conformité)!
Le mode d’emploi contient des instructions importantes qui vous permettent d’exploiter la machine en toute
sécurité et d’une manière appropriée et économique. Le respect de celui-ci contribue à éviter les risques, à
diminuer les coûts de réparation et les temps d’immobilisation et à augmenter la fiabilité et la durée de vie de la
machine. Le mode d’emploi doit être complété par les directives se rapportant aux réglemen-tations nationales
existantes en matière de prévention des accidents et de protection de l’environnement. Le manuel de service
doit toujours être à disposition sur le lieu d’exploitation de la machine.
Le mode d’emploi est à lire et à appliquer par toute personne qui est chargée de travailler avec/et sur la ma-
chine, par exemple :
-Conduite,y compris montage,dépannage pendant le travail, entretien, évacuation des déchets de produc-
tion.
-Entretien (maintenance, inspection remise en état)
-Transport
Outre le mode d’emploi et les réglementations en matière de prévention des accidents et de protection de
l’environnement en vigueur dans le pays de l’utilisateur et sur le lieu d’exploitation, il y a également lieu d’observer
les règles techniques reconnues en ce qui concerne sécurité et conformité du travail.

Procéder aux contrôles/inspections périodiques conformément aux périodicités prescrites ou indiquées dans
le manuel de service ! Un équipement d’atelier adéquat et correspondant au travail est absolument nécessaire

pour effectuer les travaux de maintenance.
4. Transport et stockage
4.1 Transport
Ne pas transporter la foreuse carotteuse avec une grue (aucune prise prévue à cet
effet)! Transporter la foreuse carotteuse à deux. Une fois démontée, la foreuse peut
être transportée par une personne.
4.2 Le stockage
Mettre la foreuse carotteuse dans un endroit sec, bien aéré et inaccessible aux personnes non autorisées. À
l'emmagasinage plus long (hiver) il faut nettoyer minutieusement et manipuler avec un moyen de protection
anticorrosif convenable. Mettre les couronnes qui ne sont pas montées pas dans un endroit sec, bien aéré et
inaccessible aux personnes non autorisées. Stocker les couronnes avec le petit diamètre seulement en position
couchée, et les couronnes avec le grand diamètre seulement debout et ne mettez rien la deçu.

5. Lieu d'enjeu, mise en service

Danger, pendant un carottage en hauteur, chute éventuelle du matériau ! Interdire et assurer
la zone de chute éventuelle de la carotte.
Transporter la machine sur le lieu d'exploitation. Le choisir en fonction du sol qui doit être résistant et sans
oblstacle. Le lieu d'exploitation doit offrir également un bon éclairage ou le cas échéant être bien éclairé.

Marquer avec une craie ou d'autres le centre du trou de Plaque d’arrêt de niveau
forage. Mesurer l'écart entre le socle combiné ou le socle
à cheville et le centre de la broche de perçage. Marquer le
trou pour cheville qui doit toujours se trouver le plus prêt
possible du trou de forage. Perçer le trou pour cheville
avec un foret de diam. 16 mm à une profondeur de 50
mm. Présenter la cheville à frapper et l'enforcer avec la
chasse. Visser entièrement la vis d'ancrage, présenter le
socle combiné ou le socle à cheviller et le positionner à
l'aide des vis à tête étoilées. Mettre la barre d'arrêt et bien Cheville

5.2 Mise en place du moteur
Poser l'encoche se trouvant au bas de la plaque du moteur
sur l'axe et faire pivoter le moteur jusqu'à enclenchement
de la sécurité d'assemblage. Serrer l'arbre excentrique.
Pour retirer le moteur, il suffit de desserer l'arbre excen-
trique et de débloquer la sécurité. On peut enlever le
moteur également par le haut. Pour cela, débloquer et

Fixer la couronne sur la broche de forage en respectant l'ordre Joint torique
suivant : rondelle en cuivre, joint torique, puis couronne. Faire

CD 400 6. D'éroulement de travail
Libérer le lieu de travail de tout, qui pourrait entraver le déroulement de travail! Faites attention sur
une montage correcte des couronnes! À l'exception de l'utilisateur, aucune autre personne ne peut
s'attarder dans le domaine de travail!
S'assurer qu'aucune conduite ne se Ne jamais toucher les parties en rotation (broche de fo-
trouve dans la zone de forage! rage, couronne, etc.) pendant les travaux de forage!
7. Entretien et réparation
Les opérations d'entretien et de maintenance sont indispensables au bon fonctionnement de la machine et à
votre sécurité. Appliquez seulement des pièces de rechange d'origine GÖLZ pour vos travaux d'entretien et de
réparation. Respectez les indications suivant:
Toujours arrêter et débrancher la machine pou effectuer les réparations, les travaux de maintenance
et d'entretien!
7.2 Couronne
Après l'opération de forage, contrôler exactement la couronne sur les points suivants:
. Rupture de segments ou de fragments de segments /Déchirures au pied de segment /Déformation de la
couronne /L'usure
Si vous constatez un tel erreur, ainsi l'outil est à renvoyer pour réparation. Vérifier également la propreté du
raccord fileté. Une couronnne émoussée doit être réaffûtée (en accessoire : plaque de réaffûtage GÖLZ).
Conformément aux cycles allégués, les travaux d’entretien décrits par la suite doivent être mis en œuvre.
Les pièces d’usures sous jacentes devront être examinées régulièrement afin de déterminer l’usure. Ainsi
elles devront être ajustées et éventuellement changées. Avec les moteurs thermiques, les travaux d’entretien
doivent être mis en œuvre conformément au guide d’entretien séparé de celui du fabricant moteur.

Les pièces d’usure sont celles définies par une usure normale due à I’utilisation courante de la machine
dans les conditions normales d’utilisation. La durée d’usure n’est pas définissable en terme de temps, elle
