The Case system - Genitive ​

​
• The Case Genitive is used to show a relationship or ownership. 

• It answers the question of 'whose'.

• The ending ' s/es ' is applied with Maskuline and neutral.

• The subject or object uses bestimmt artikel with itself.

 Beispiele (Examples) :
1. With proper nouns, we just add 's'.             

Maria's father has a car.                       Marias Vater hat ein Auto. 

 2. With improper nouns, we add 's' or 'es depending on the syllables.
