Die Dreiphasen- Trockentransformatoren der Firma Trasfo Project
werden nach derzeitig gltigen EN Normen und nach modernsten
Gesichtspunkten entwickelt und gefertigt. Sie unterliegen
whrend der Fertigung strengsten Qualittskontrollen.
Die zugesichterten technischen Eigenschaften bzw.
Kundenvorgaben werden bei der Endprfung in unserem
Prfeld mittels 1 Prfprotokoll dokumentiert.
Die Firma Trasfo Project ist seit Januar 2002 ISO 9001
zertifziert.
Magebend fr die Entwicklung, Planung und Fertigung sind
die Kundenvorgaben.
Der Kern wird aus kaltgewalztem kornorientierten (oder nicht
kornorientiertem) Transformatorenblech mit 90C oder 45C
(Step-lap) hergestellt. Die OS-US Wicklungen werden sowohl
als Aluminiumleiter als auch als Kupferleiter gefertigt und
unter Vakuum in einen Harz der Klasse H imprgniert, auch
Tropenisolation fr das Isolationssystem Klasse F/H mglich.
Im Oktober 2008 hat die Firma Trasfo Project die UL-
Zulassung erhalten. Weitere Isolationsklassen, auf Anfrage.
Die Produktpalette der Fa. Trasfo-Project im Bereich der

The three-phase transformer produced by Trasfo Project is
designed and made with top quality low loss materials and
with various structures for the magnetic cores depending
on the Customers technical specifcations (laminations
with interwoven junctions at 90 and 45, cores with planed
junctions, with gap, etc.).
Diferent types of protection can be supplied on specifc
request, even when this merely involves the output
terminals. Moreover, further equipment is available for
thermal and/or manoeuvre protection purposes and for
handling.
Accurate and binding tests ensure a high degree of safety
and reliability for each individual machine produced, in
compliance with the current national and international
standards in force.
The Trasfo Project production range also includes:
L.V. / M.V. transformers and autotransformers;
Galvanic potential-free separation transformers with a
high insulation degree;
Transformers for three-phase, hexaphase, dodecaphase
rectiers with three and ve column cores;
Transformers for Inverter outputs;
Transformers and autotransformers with integrated
inductances in series and/or in parallel;
Transformers to convert from three-phase system to
single-phase system (also balanced);
Autotransformers to start three-phase asynchronous
motors;

Il trasformatore trifase prodotto dalla Trasfo Project,
progettato e realizzato con materiali di prima scelta
a bassa perdita, e con varie architetture dei nuclei
magnetici in base alle specifche tecniche del Cliente
(lamierini intessuti a giunti intercalati con taglio a 90 e
a 45, nuclei con giunti piallati, con traferro ecc.).
Su specifica richiesta vengono realizzate diverse
tipologie di protezione, anche dei soli terminali
duscita, ed inoltre possono essere fornite ulteriori
apparecchiature per la protezione termica e/o di
manovra e per la movimentazione.
Collaudi precisi e vincolanti assicurano un elevato grado
di sicurezza ed af dabilit di ogni singola macchina
prodotta, in conformit con le vigenti normative
nazionali ed internazionali.
La gamma di produzione Trasfo Project comprende
