The degree suction gas superheat must be over 0 K and the gas must be used within a range where the rating for the discharge gas temperature is satisfied.

Die Sauggasberhitzung muss 2 Kelvin berschreiten. Die Heigastemperatur darf nicht berschritten werden. Um Flssigkeitsschlge zu vermeiden, sollte entsprechend der Kltemittelmenge ein geeigneter Abscheider in der Saugleitung installiert werden.
The degree of suction gas superheat must be over 2 K and the gas must be used within a range where the rating for the discharge gas temperature is satisfied. To prevent flood-back a proper accumulator must be installed in suction line of the unit side according to refrigerant charge amount. 25

Empfohlene Leitungsfhrung der Serien KB, RB, RE Installationshinweise:

n Die Sauggas- und Heigasleitungen sind flexibel zu verlegen. Besonderes Augenmerk ist auf die Vermeidung von Resonanz zu legen. n Zur Vermeidung von Rohrschwingungen sind Befestigungsschellen zu verwenden. n Die max. zulssige Lnge des Fllrohrs betrgt 150 mm.
Recommended refrigerant piping work for KB, RB, RE series Installation notes:
n Provide suction and discharge piping with flexibility. However, take sufficient care to prevent resonance. n Use bands as required to prevent piping resonance. n The overall pinch and soldering length for process tube should not exceed 150 mm.

n Primr sollen mechanische Schwingungen, die vom laufenden Verdichter bertragen werden, reduziert werden. n Desweiteren dienen sie als Schutz des Verdichters beim Transport.
Rubber Mount
The rubber mount has two main functions:
n The first function is reduction of the vibrations transmitted from the operating compressor to the equipment. n The second function is protection of the compressor from excessive shocks during transport.
