For rolling the Schüco AWS / ADS aluminium profile components together
with the insulating bars and for rolling down the angles on various profiles
from the Schüco façade and skylight construction range.
The safety cage and guide roller assembly form a single unit with the Isomat
4 and must be ordered together.

Isolierstegwagen
Der Isolierstegwagen dient zur optimierten
manuellen Zuführung der Stege in den Stegzu-
führautomaten und zur Bevorratung von Stegen
auf 3 Ebenen. 2 Wagen können miteinander
verschraubt werden, um eine optimale Auflageflä-
che für 6 m Stangen zu erhalten.
● Wagenlänge: 2750 mm

Bei Erstbestellung bitte von den Isolierstegwagen

Insulating bar carrier
Insulating bar carrier for optimising the manual
feeding in of the insulating bars into the automatic
bar feed device and for storing insulating bars on
3 levels. 2 carriers can be bolted together to
obtain an ideal storage surface for 6 m bars
lengths.

Isoliersteg-Zuführautomat
wird zum rationellen Einschieben der Isolierstege
in die einzelnen Aluminium-Halbschalen
verwendet. Montiert wird der Isoliersteg-Zuführau-
tomat an der Vormontagerollenbahn oder
verschiebbar am Vormontagespeicher (Art.-Nr.
282 343).
Funktion:
Bei der Zuführung der Isolierstege liegen die
Aluminium-Halbschalen auf der Rollenbahn. Die
einzelnen Isolierstege werden durch den Trichter
des Isoliersteg-Zuführautomaten gefädelt. Mit den
ca. 30 mm angespitzten Enden werden sie in die
Aluminiuminnen- und außenschalen eingeführt.
Mit dem Handhebel des Zuführautomaten wird
nun die Treibrolle zugestellt, die Isolierstege
werden gegen die Rollen gedrückt und über einen
Treibrolle Endschalter wird der Motor eingeschaltet.

Automatic insulating bar feed
for efficient insertion of the insulating bars into the
individual aluminium profile components. The
automatic insulating bar feed is mounted on the
pre−assembly roller track or is moveable on the
sub-assembly storage unit (Art. No. 282 343).
Operation:
The aluminium profile components lie on the roller
track where the insulating bars are fed in. The
individual insulating bars are fed into the opening
of the automatic feed. The lead end is inserted
approx. 30 mm into the aluminium inner and outer
profile components. The drive roller is moved into
position using the lever on the automatic feed, the
insulating bars are pressed against rollers and the
motor is switched on using the end switch.

dem Richtrollensatz angeordnet.

Taping device
Device for applying a protective tape to anodised

intended to protect the profile surfaces during
fabrication and assembly. The taping device is
used in conjunction with Isomat 3/4/5. It is
mounted between the Isomat and the guide roller
assembly.

Foliiervorrichtung besteht die Möglichkeit, die
dritte Seite bei Fassadenprofilen mit Schutzfolie
zu versehen. Die Profile werden vom Isomaten
durch die Foliiervorrichtung transportiert. Alle
Arbeitsfunktionen werden automatisch ausgelöst.
Sie wird am oberen Support auf den Walzenzap-
fen F1 + A1 montiert. Bei der Montage der
Foliiervorrichtung sind alle Andruck- und
Führungsrollen aus dem Isomaten zu entfernen.

The taping device can only be used in conjunction
with Isomat 4 or 5 for façade profiles. The taping

is mounted on the upper support on the roll pin F1
+ A1. When the taping device is assembled, all
pressure and guide rollers must be removed from

Allgemeines
● Die Anlage dient dazu, große Profilmengen mit leicht lösbarer Folie zu
bekleben, damit Beschädigungen der Profil-Oberfläche während der
Verarbeitung oder während der Montage am Bau vermieden werden.
Kostensenkung
● Durch die Folienlänge von bis zu 500 m pro Rolle können auch große
Profilmengen ohne ständiges Wechseln der Folienrolle verarbeitet werden.
● Mit der Profilpufferoption (Art.-Nr. 280 811) kann ein sehr effektives
Arbeiten erreicht werden, da der Bediener nicht bei jedem Stab zwischen
Zufuhr- und Abfuhrbereich pendeln muss.
Qualitätssteigerung
● Mit der Foliieranlage sind Sie in der Lage, Ihre 3 Profiloberflächen
zuverlässig gegen Beschädigungen zu schützen. Preisabzüge durch den
Kunden wegen beschädigten Oberflächen können auf ein Mindestmaß
reduziert werden. Vor dem Foliieren können Sie selbst die Qualität der
Oberfläche prüfen und diesen Zustand bis zur Auslieferung oder Montage
des fertigen Produktes konservieren. Sie entfernen die Folie erst bei
Übergabe des Produktes an den Kunden.
● Durch den motorischen Vorschub und die variable Verarbeitungsgeschwin-
digkeit werden sehr gute Foliierergebnisse erzielt.
Ablaufoptimierung
● Der erste Arbeitsgang nach Materialanlieferung und vor dem Einlagern der
Profile in das Regal bzw. vor dem Zuführen zu den Bearbeitungsmaschi-
nen sollte das automatische Abkleben mit einer Schutzfolie sein.

Halbschaleneinsatz
Zusatzausstattung zum einseitigen Foliieren von
Halbschalen
Beim Einstecken von Führungsrollen für die
Halbschalenverarbeitung wird der interne
Programmlauf der Steuerung automatisch für das
Verarbeiten der Halbschalen verändert. In der
Position Halbschale erfolgt kein automatisches
Abschneiden der Folie. Es wird lediglich der
Profilvorschub unterbrochen,wenn das Profilende
das Messer erreicht hat. Nun kann der Bediener
das nächste Profil nachschieben. Der Profilvor-
schub startet wieder, wenn das nachfolgende
Profil die Antriebswalze erreicht hat. Das
nachfolgende Profil muss dazu manuell ca. 25 cm
dem ersten Profil nachgeschoben werden. Der
Vorschub läuft nach dem Impuls durch das
nachfolgende Profil für eine bestimmte Zeit mit
verminderter Geschwindigkeit und stoppt
schließlich außerhalb der Schutzvorrichtung, um
ein manuelles Abschneiden der Folie zu
ermöglichen. Nach dem Abschneiden muss der
Profilvorschub über einen Taster wieder gestartet
werden. Die Bautiefe der Halbschalen darf
maximal 60 mm betragen.

Die Profile werden nach der Bearbeitung mit
einem Greifer aus der Maschine gezogen und
automatisch auf eine Ablagefläche geschoben, so
dass das nächste Profil in die Maschine eingeführt
werden kann. Ablagefläche 1000 mm breit, auf
1800 mm ausziehbar. Über eine zuschaltbare
Drehvorrichtung können Profile mit schmalen
Auflageflächen, die beim Abpuffern umfallen
würden, vor dem Wegschieben kontrolliert auf der
Ablagefläche gedreht werden. Die Anlage ist für
Profilquerschnitte von 30 bis 100 mm Tiefe und 50
bis 250 mm Höhe ausgelegt.
Hinweis:
Eine Nachrüstung der Foliieranlage mit dem
Profilpuffer kann nur über Sonderbestellung
erfolgen.

Half profile insert
Additional device for taping single sides of half
profiles
When guide rollers for preparing half profiles are
inserted, the internal programming of the control
unit is automatically changed to prepare half
profiles. The tape is not cut automatically in the
half profile position. The profile feed is simply
stopped when the end of the profile reaches the
cutting point. The operator can then insert the
next profile. The profile feed starts up again when
the second profile reaches the drive roller. The
second profile must then be pushed to within
approx. 25 cm of the first profile. With the
momentum of the second profile, the feed runs at
reduced speed for a certain time and then stops
outside of the safety device, to allow the tape to
be cut manually. After the tape has been cut, the
profile feed must be started again by pressing a
button. The maximum permissible basic depth for
the half profiles is 60 mm.

Note:
This renders the aforementioned take-off track
obsolete.
Profiles are expelled from the machine after
fabrication using a gripper mechanism and are
automatically moved to the take-off area so that
the next profile can be fed into the machine. The
take-off area is 1000 mm wide, and can be
extended to 1800 mm. Profiles with a narrow
output surface, which would fall over during
buffering, can be turned under supervision on the
take-off area using a connectable turning device.
The machine is designed for profile cross-sections
of depth 30 to 100 mm and height 50 to 250 mm.
Note:
Retrofitting the profile buffer onto the taping
machine is only possible to special order.

● Die Profilstangen werden durch Drehen der Handkurbel von der auf
gleicher Welle angebrachten Andruckrolle durch die Vorrichtung gezogen
und entsprechend umgeformt.
● Mittels einer Spindel kann die Umformgröße stufenlos eingestellt werden.
● Die profilspezifischen Andruckrollen besitzen eine Nut und werden einfach
auf die Kurbelwelle aufgeschoben.
● Die jeweils passende Führungsrolle wird von der unteren Welle aufgenom-
men.
