benefits.

• The importance of innovation is conducted within an

ethical framework that recognizes that the therapy is not
standard.

• These innovative therapies are not limited to medication,

but also to some procedures that mainly directed to help
the patient and it varies according to the patient
situation.

• I learned that the term innovative therapy covers a
large spectrum of situations. It may include a minor
modification to an established procedure or a new
interventional approach for a particular patient.
• Innovative therapy practices without adequate
supporting evidence may promote wide acceptance of
therapies that are ineffective.
• Patient counseling is important point in this type of
treatment. The physician should discuss with patients the
purpose, benefits, and risks of the proposed innovative
treatment.
For sure as medical student and future physician it’s important
to have knowledge about such topic like innovative treatment
because there are a lot of untreatable diseases which needs
more researches and new types of medications. Also, that will
lead to improve that field that you are working in. And as we
know medical field is infinitive every day in progress. So, it is
crucial to be uptodate. Furthermore, it is essential to
differentiate between innovation therapy and research is that
mainly innovative therapy doesn’t have the solid scientific
evidence as the strong researches..
