Konstantmotor A2FM
Drehrichtungsabhängige Steuerplatten für die
Nenngrößen 10 ... 200
Bisher war die Steuerplatte in den Stücklisten der
Konstantpumpe A2FO drehrichtungsneutral.
Die Geräuschkerben für die jeweilige Drehrichtung
wurden erst bei der Endmontage auftragsbezogen in die
Steuerplatte eingeschliffen.
Durch einen kostengünstigeren Fertigungsablauf können
die Geräuschkerben nun unmittelbar bei der Bearbeitung
hergestellt werden. Daher muß bereits die Stückliste die
drehrichtungsbestimmende Steuerplatte (rechts oder
links) enthalten.
Fixed motor A2FM
Direction of rotation dependeant conrol plates for
nominal sizes 10 ... 200
Up to know the control plate was within the parts list of
the A2FO pump direction of rotation neutral.
The noise grooves for the appropriate direction of
rotation, order dependant, was ground into the control
plate during final assembly.
Due to a cost effective manufacturing process it is know
possible to grind in the noise grooves during the
manufacturing process. Therefor the parts list must know
contain the correct, direction of rotation related, control
plate (clockwise or anti-clockwise).
