Preislisten für jeweils ein 2D Ele-
ment in verschiedenen Größen
erhalten Sie in übersichtlicher
Tabellenform. Die Staffelung der
Elementgrößen wird von Ihnen
vorgegeben. Bei der Preisermitt-
lung werden Ihre technischen
und kaufmännischen Parameter
inklusive Fertigungskosten
berücksichtigt.
SchüCal+ advanced enthält im
Lieferumfang Microsoft® Word,
Excel, Publisher, Outlook und
Powerpoint. Durch diesen inter-
nationalen Standard können die
Ausgaben problemlos innerhalb
Ihres Unternehmens und von
Ihren Geschäftspartnern weiter-
verarbeitet werden.
Die Schnittdarstellung ermög-
licht Ihnen eine sofortige visuelle
Kontrolle Ihrer Eingaben. Sie
bestimmen, wo der Schnittver-
lauf im Element erfolgen soll.
Durch die Darstellung von
Profilen, Glas, Artikelnummern
und Maßen erhalten Sie einen

Generation of price lists
You are given price lists for each
2D unit in different sizes presen-
ted in a clear tabular form. You
specify the graduation of the
unit sizes. Your technical and
business parameters, including
production costs, are factored
into the price calculations.
Working with Microsoft® Office
SchüCal+ advanced is supplied
with Microsoft® Word, Excel,
Publisher, Outlook and
PowerPoint. The use of this
international standard suite
of products makes it easy
for other people within your
company or your business
partners to process the files.
Section detail display
The section detail display allows
you to check your entries on
screen immediately. You can
decide where the cross section
in the unit should be made. The
display of profiles, glass, article
numbers and dimensions gives
you an immediate overview of
the design.

Fertigungszeitermittlung

einzelnen Fertigungsschritte
inklusive Kostenstellen abzubil-
den. Sie bestimmen, wie detail-
liert die einzelnen Fertigungs-
schritte für die Ermittlung der
Fertigungszeit berücksichtigt
werden: Von der Fertigungszeit-
ermittlung nach Außenmaßen
des Elements bis hin zur detail-
lierten Ermittlung von T-Verbindern.
3D Elementbearbeitung
3D Modulvorlagen erleichtern
das Bearbeiten komplexer
Objekte. Selbst Wintergärten
inklusive der seitlichen Aus-
fachungen können schnell und
einfach ermittelt werden.
Schnittgenerierung SchüCad+
Diese Funktion ermöglicht eine
automatische oder manuelle
Schnittgenerierung von SchüCal+
nach SchüCad+. Mit den komfor-
tablen SchüCad+ Zeichnungs-
funktionen vervollständigen
Sie die erzeugten Schnitte um
Baukörperanschlüsse. Die Zeich-
nungen werden im AutoCad®-
Format gespeichert. Der Vorteil:
ein problemloser Austausch von
Zeichnungen mit Ihren Partnern.
Sägeansteuerung
Aus SchüCal+ advanced wird
eine direkte Ansteuerung
unterschiedlicher Sägetypen
erzeugt. Einstellungen in den
Optimierungsoptionen wie
z.B. die Zuschnittsoptimierung,
die Zuschnittsreihenfolge sowie
die Restlängenverwaltung sind
zusätzlich möglich.
CNC-Profilbearbeitungs-
maschinen
Während der Kalkulation einzel-
ner Elemente werden Bearbei-
tungsdaten generiert. Diese wer-
den komfortabel in den Rechner
an den CNC-Profilbearbeitungs-
zentren eingelesen und über die
Maschinensteuerung Schüco
CAM abgearbeitet.

Calculating fabrication times
This option enables you to
illustrate the individual fabrication
steps, including cost centres.
You define how detailed the
individual steps involved in
calculating the fabrication time
should be: from the fabrication
time based on external dimen-
sions of the unit to a detailed
calculation of T-cleats.
3D unit editing
3D module templates simplify
the editing of complex projects.
Even conservatories with side
infill panels can be created
quickly and easily.
SchüCad+ generation of sections
This function allows an automatic
or manual generation of cuts
from SchüCal+ to SchüCad+.
With the easy-to-use SchüCad+
drawing functions, you can
complete the sections generated
with attachments to the buil-
ding structure. The drawings
are saved in AutoCad® format.
This means that drawings can
be exchanged easily with your
partners.
Saw control
A direct interface between
different saw types is generated
from SchüCal+ advanced. It
is also possible to optimise
settings, such as the cutting,
the cutting sequence and
processing offcuts.
CNC machines
When individual units are
calculated, processing data is
generated. This is read into the
computer easily at the CNC
centres and processed using
the Schüco CAM machine
control unit.
