Dear Guest,
I have been asked many times, why in 1994 I established Swiss Inn Hotels & Resorts. The answer is
simple, tourism is our future. I therefore decided to start and offer something special to that future,
which is why being “special”, is what Swiss Inn Hotels & Resorts is all about. Through operating city hotel
and resort properties, it is our policy to offer a location that is unique. Consequently our properties can
be found in authentic local villages, by beautiful clean beaches rich with marine life, near sites of touristic
interest and in prime business locations. Staffed by accomplished hoteliers, marketing, training and finance
specialists with creative, innovative and entrepreneurial strengths and experience, our team provides the
expertise and experience for new and preexisting projects. With our high quality of service and
dedication towards guest satisfaction, a reliable return on investment is the fundamental rationale of all

Ich wurde schon oft gefragt warum ich im Jahre 1994 die Hotel Management Firma Swiss Inn Hotels & Resorts
gegründet habe. Die Antwort ist einfach; im Tourismus liegt unsere Zukunft. Deshalb habe ich entschieden etwas
“Besonderes“ zu schaffen und damit meinen Beitrag zu dieser Zukunft zu leisten; genau deshalb geht es bei Swiss

Foreign currency can be exchanged at the ATM in the hotel lobby available 24/7. The reception will be
happy to help you, should you require any assistance.

Please keep in mind that Egypt is a Muslim country, sunbathing topless is not recommended. When
leaving the swimming pool area, we kindly ask you to dress accordingly. For dinner, a moderate dress
code (no shorts or other swim wear) is required.

Swiss Inn offers two restaurants, two bars as well as a garden Shisha cafe, business centre, meeting room
with a capacity of 80 persons and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guests have access to Fitness prime
Located within Dreamland premises as well as the Dreamland Sports Club. For further information about
Golf Courses and other leisure possibilities, please refer to the separator ‘Recreation and Sport’.

Fax is available at the reception upon request.
Fire Alarm
Smoke detectors exist in all rooms and public areas. The fire alarms are tested regularly. Please do not
panic and refer to the reception for any request.

Should you require a late check-out on the day of your departure, please contact our front desk on the
eve or the morning of the departure day to check the room availability. In case the requested late check-
out is not possible, your luggage can be left at our bellman desk in the lobby.

The hotel is pleased to supply this service daily. Laundry bags are located in the wardrobe of your room.
Please fill in the form, place it in or on the bag and call our reception desk for pick-up. Items sent before
9:00 am will be returned the same day, items sent after 9:00 am will be returned the following day. An
express service is available and subject to a surcharge of 50%.

For security reasons we recommend to lock your valuables into the safe in your room (free of charge).
The management cannot be held responsible for items which might get lost. A user manual is available
next to the safe inside your wardrobe.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is closed from sunset till 8:00 am. Please do not use the pool at night since the water
is being treated. Using the swimming pool is at your own risk. No responsibility or liability is taken.
Children's pool area is available. Children must be supervised at all times. Parents and legal guardians are
responsible for the safety of their children.
Topless sunbathing is not recommended around the pool.

Tipping
The friendliness of our personnel does not depend on your tipping. Nevertheless, they do appreciate a
small recognition of your satisfaction with their work. All tips you leave in restaurant and rooms are
shared between the employees of the respective department.
Towels
Please do not take the towels of your hotel room to the pool.
Towel card
This towel card entitles you to one towel available at the swimming pool. In case of towel or card loss,
the amount of LE 100 will be charged to your account. Please ask for your card when you return your
towel. Please return this card upon check-out at the reception.

The hotel cannot be held responsible for cash or other valuables left in the room. Safe deposit boxes are
available in all rooms.
