Fehlersuche
Die Fehlersuchbäume stellen den Ablauf zur fachgerechen Diagnose und die notwendigen
Serviceaktivitäten am Rohrbogen und am Schweißbrenner dar. Der Austausch der beiden
Komponenten wird in der Serviceanleitung „CMT - Level 1“ beschrieben und im Normalfall
direkt vor Ort von einem Arbeiter durchgeführt.
Die Tabelle „Servicecodes“ enthält alle relevanten Servicecodes, die von der Stromquelle
oder dem Drahtvorschub erzeugt werden. Die Servicecodes können am Display der
Stromquelle oder an der Robotersteuerung angezeigt werden. Mit Hilfe der Servicecodes
soll die fehlerhafte Komponente ausfindig gemacht werden.

Troubleshooting
The error flowcharts show the proper diagnosis sequence and the service activities neces-
sary for torch necks and welding torches. The replacement of the two components is
described in the „CMT - Level 1“ service manual and is usually carried out on-site.
The „Service codes“ table contains all the relevant service codes generated by the power
source or the wire-feed unit. The service codes are displayed on the screen of the power
source or the robot control. The service codes should help in pinpointing the faulty compo-
nents.
