Das modulare Stechsystem von HORN für Stechkassetten auf
Basis der Systemschnittstelle 845 besteht aus:
- Grundplatte für Revolver mit BMT-Anschluss oder VDI-Halter
- höhenverstellbarem Stechhaltestück
- passendem Kassettenprogramm mit verschiedenen
Stechbreiten und Stechtiefen.
Der modulare Systembaukasten verfügt über eine Auswahl an
Grundplatten für Revolver mit BMT-Anschluss auf Basis der
gängigen Maschinentypen. Alternativ sind VDI-Grundhalter in
verschiedenen Größen verfügbar.
Die passenden Stechhaltestücke mit integrierter Kühlmittel-
führung erlauben die Höhenverstellung der Kassetten und deren
Befestigungen in Normallage oder in Überkopflage, links oder
rechts am Stechhaltestück.
Das Kassettensystem mit Systemschnittstelle 845 dient als
Aufnahme für das Stechplattensystem S100 mit unterschied-
lichen Geometrien und Substraten. Verfügbar sind Stechbreiten
von 2,5; 3 und 4 mm mit Stechtiefen von 22 bis 105 mm. Die
Kassetten sind ausgestattet mit integrierter Kühlmittelzufuhr in
Ausführungen für Spannfinger- und Unterstützungskühlung.
Das System bietet gegenüber Stechschwertern eine höhere
Steifigkeit und ermöglicht plane Abstechflächen auch bei großen
Materialdurchmessern. Die flache Bauweise vermeidet unnötige
Störkonturen.

The modular grooving system from HORN for grooving
cartridges based on the system interface 845 consists of:
- Base plate for turrets with BMT connection or VDI holder
- Height-adjustable grooving tool holder
- Matching cartridge range with different grooving widths and
grooving depths.
The modular system kit has a selection of base plates for turrets
with BMT connections, based on standard machine types.
Alternatively, VDI basic holders are available in various sizes.
The matching grooving tool holders with integrated coolant
supply allow the cartridge heights to be adjusted and their
fastenings to be set in a normal or overhead position, on the left
or on the right of the grooving tool holder.
The cartridge system with system interface 845 serves as
the holder for the S100 grooving insert system with a range
of geometries and substrates. Grooving widths of 2.5, 3 and 4
mm are available with grooving depths of 22 to 105 mm. The
cartridges are equipped with an integrated coolant supply in
versions for clamping finger and support cooling. The system
offers a higher level of rigidity compared to cut-off blades and
enables planar parting-off surfaces, even with large material
diameters. The flat design prevents unnecessary interfering
contours.
