Im Bereich der begehbaren Netzstationen wäh-
len Sie zwischen vier Hauptvarianten:
oberirdische Stationen zur freien Aufstellung
Stationen für Hangeinbau
Tiefstationen, die teilweise in die
Erde eingelassen werden
Unterflurstationen, die komplett in die Erde

 Begehbare Stationen
Walk-in stations
Zwischenböden
Durch Betonbau-patentierte Alu­mi­nium­profile kön-
nen die Stationen problemlos mit Zwischenböden für
unterschiedliche Schaltschrank­fabri­kate ausgestattet
werden. Die Profile sind besonders korrosionsbestän-
dig. Die Ver­riegelung der Bodenplatten er­­folgt über
ein patentiertes System mit Drehriegel. Für den Bo­­­
denbelag gibt es:
19-fach verleimte Siebdruckplatten
Pressholzplatten mit leitfähigen oder nicht
leitfähigen Belägen
nicht brennbare Bodenplatten
(Brandstoffklasse A1)
Das gesamte Zwischenbodensystem ist in Verbindung
mit unseren Stationsgebäuden störlichtbogengeprüft
nach DIN EN 62271-202.

Intermediate flooring
Due to the aluminium profiles patented by Betonbau,
the stations are easy to fit out with intermediate
flooring for different makes of switch cabinets. The
profiles are particularly resistant to corrosion and
tested for arcing faults. The floor panels are locked
using a patented turning bolt system. The following
floor covers are available:
19 x laminated silk screen printed slabs
Compressed wood slabs with conductive or
non-conductive coatings.
Non-flammable floor slaves
(flammability class A1)
The entire intermediate flooring system has been
tested for arcing faults in conjunction with our
station buildings according to DIN 62271-202.

Türen
Hochfeste eloxierte Aluminiumtüren ge­­hören eben-
falls zur Grundaus­stat­tung der begehbaren Stationen.
Eine Lackie­rung in allen RAL-Farben ist auf Wunsch
möglich.
Sonstige Ausstattung
Für die begehbaren Stationen können Sie zwischen
unterschiedlichen Lüf­tungs- und Druckentlastungs­
systemen wählen. Im Bereich der Kabel- und Rohr­
durch­führungen sind das BBK-System und alle ande-
ren handelsüblichen Systeme möglich.

High strength anodised aluminium doors also belong
to the basic configuration of the walk-in stations.
Optional they can be painted in all RAL colours.
Other fittings
For the walk-in substations, you can choose between
various ventilation and pressure relief systems. In the
range of cable- and pipe-feedthroughs the BBK-
system from Betonbau and all other commercially
available systems are possible.

 Kompaktstationen
Compact stations

Eine besonders platzsparende Lösung für die Energie­versorgung bietet Ihnen unser
vielfältiges Programm von Kompakt­stationen. Bei einer Bauhöhe über dem Erdreich von 1,05
bis 2,01 Metern und geringen Flächenanforderungen lassen sie sich leicht in die Aufstellumge­
bung integrieren. Es gibt Varianten, die dreiseitig anbaubar sind oder in den Hang eingebaut
werden können. Darüber hinaus sind auch teilbegehbare Stationen erhältlich.

Our wide range of compact stations offers you space-saving solutions for the power
supply industry. With a height above the ground of 1.05 to 2.01 meters and low area require-
ments, they can be integrated easily in the installation environment. There are variants that can
be extended on three sides or built into a slope. In addition, stations that can be partially
­entered are also available.

Merkmale
Die Oberfläche der Stationen wird zur optimalen
Integration in die Umgebung ausgeführt.
Die Stationen werden mit einer
angegossenen Ölauffangwanne geliefert,
die ohne Beschichtung ölundurchlässig ist.
Ein bauseitiges Fundament ist bei entsprechend
geeigneten Bodenverhältnissen nicht erforderlich.
Alle Stationen von Betonbau sind gemäß
gültigen Normen nach Gehäuseklassen geprüft.
Die Standard-Kompaktstationen sind für
einen Transformator bis 630 kVA geeignet,
Son­deranwendungen (z.B. bei Windkraftanlagen)
bis 2.500 kVA.
Betonbau-Stationen sind gemäß IEC 62271-202
störlichtbogengeprüft und können auf Wunsch
mit kompletter Elektroausrüstung und -montage
geliefert werden.

Characteristics
The surface of the stations is designed for
optimum integration in the environment.
The stations are supplied with a moulded oil drip
basin that without coating is impenetrable for oil.
With suitable ground conditions, on-site
foundations are unnecessary.
All stations in the Betonbau system are tested in
compliance with the valid standards according to
class of enclosure.
The standard compact stations are suitable for a
transformer up to 630 kVA, special applications
(e.g. wind farms) up to 2,500 kVA.
Betonbau stations are tested for arcing faults
according to IEC 62271-202 and can be supplied
on request with the complete electrical fittings
and assembly.
