Beschreibung:

Mit dem Dichtewchter - Prfgert knnen die
Schaltpunkte der Dichtewchter berprft bzw.
eingestellt werden.

Die Dichtewchter werden zum Prfen auf den Pufferbehlter (Pos. 3) aufgebaut. Bei fest aufgebauten
Dichtewchtern kann nur der momentane Schaltzustand angezeigt werden.
Der Prfdruck wird am digitalen Manometer (Pos. 6) angezeigt. Der Leuchtmelder in der Anzeigeeinheit
brennt, wenn der entsprechende Schaltkontakt geschlossen ist.
Zum Prfen wird Stickstoff oder Druckluft, die mit Hilfe einer Pumpe erzeugt wird, ber das Luftventil
Pos.8 oder die Kupplung (Pos. 1) geleitet.

Die zu prfenden Dichtewchter drfen nur im akklimatisierten Zustand gemessen werden. Es wird
empfohlen, die Prflinge fr eine Zeit von 4 5 Stunden bei gleichbleibender Temperatur zu lagern,
bevor die Messung durchgefhrt wird.

Bei der Prfungsvorbereitung (Montage des Prflings) ist darauf zu achten, dass die Referenzkammer
des Prflings nicht berhrt wird. Es wird empfohlen, den Prfling nur am Gehuse festzuhalten, um den
Einfluss von Krperwrme auf die Referenzkammer auszuschlieen.

Whrend der Prfung ist beim Druckablass zur Kontrolle der Schaltpunkte auf eine angemessene
Ablassgeschwindigkeit zu achten. Bei hoher Ablassgeschwindigkeit ist die Gefahr der fehlerhaften
Ablesung des Messwertes sehr hoch. Es wird empfohlen, sich dem zu erwartenden Schaltpunkt zgig zu
nhern, um dann das Feinregulierventil so einzustellen, dass sich die Druckanzeige langsam in 1 kPa-
Schritten bis zum Schaltpunkt verringert.

Bei der Bewertung der Prfergebnisse ist gegebenenfalls die Ungenauigkeit des Manometers (max. 3
kPa) zu bercksichtigen.

Zum Anschluss des Dichtewchterprfgertes an den Dichtewchter sind Behlter-Deckel mit
Anschlusskupplung sowie Verbindungskabel mit einem Stecker fr die Anzeigeeinheit und fr den
Dichtewchter beinhaltet.

Description:

The density controller test device allows verification and setting of the switching points of the density
controllers.

For testing, the density controllers are mounted onto the test tank pos. 3. In case of firmly mounted
density controllers only the present switching condition can be indicated.
The test pressure is shown on the digital gauge pos. 6. The indicator light on the indicating element
lights up if the corresponding switching contact is closed. For testing, the nitrogen or compressed air,
which is generated by using a pump passes through the air valve pos. 8 or coupling pos. 1.

The density controllers to be tested should only be measured in acclimatized condition.
Prior to carry out the measurement it is recommended storing the specimen for 4 5 hours at constant
temperature.

When preparing the test (assembly of the specimen) pay attention that the reference chamber of the
specimen is not touched. It is recommended only holding the specimen to the housing so that the
reference chamber is not influenced by body heat.

Pay attention to the appropriate release velocity (to be set via the precision valve) during the test when
pressure is released for controlling the switching points. In case of fast decrease of pressure the
indication might be incorrect. It is recommended reaching the switching point to be expected as fast as
possible and set the precision valve so that the pressure falls slowly in increments of 1 kPa until the
switching point is reached.

For evaluating the test results take the inaccuracy of the gauges (max. 3 kPa) into consideration.

All parts are installed into a sheet metal frame, well arranged and easily accessible.

For the connection of the density controller test device to the density controller, tank covers with

The manometer LEO 2-SF6-ABB has two operati ng keys. The l eft key (SELECT) serves to sel ect the functi ons
and the
pressure
uni ts.
The ri ght key (ENTER) acti vates the sel ected functi on or pressure uni t.

Attention: The temperatursensor is directely installed at the bottom of the manometer housing. To avoid rapid
temperatur changi ngs due to hol di ng the manometer near the sensor, the manometer shoul d ei ther be hol d at
the rubber
protection or at the attached hose.
Turn-on: Pressi ng the SELECT key turns the i nstrument on. The i nstrument subsequentl y di spl ay the software
versi on (yearl week), the tul l -scal e pressure range, the actual pressure (top di spl ay) and the l ast measured
MAX.-val ue.

Description:

Lappareil de contrle pour densimtre sert contrler ou ajuster les points de contact de
commutation des densimtres.

Pour le test, les densimtres sont installs sur le rservoir de test (pos. 3). Si les densimtres sont
monts firmament seulement l'tat de commutation instantan peut tre indiqu.
La pression d'preuve est indique au manomtre numrique (pos. 6). Le voyant lumineux dans
l'unit d'indication s'allume si le contact de commutation correspondant est ferm.
Pour le test on utilise de lazote ou de l'air comprim gnr l'aide dune pompe sur la soupape
air qui est conduit sur le coupleur (pos. 1).

Les densimtres vrifier doivent tre seulement mesurs en condition acclimate. Avant la
mesure il est recommand de stocker les prouvettes sous une temprature constante pour 4 5
heures.

Pendant la prparation de la vrification (installation de lprouvette) veuillez ce que la chambre
de rfrence de lprouvette ne soit pas touche. Il est recommand de porter lprouvette
seulement au botier pour que la chambre de rfrence ne soit pas influence par la chaleur
corporelle.

Pour contrler les points de commutation faire attention une vlocit dchappement convenable
(ajustable par la vanne rglage fin) lors dune pression dchappement. Au cas o la pression
baisse rapidement lindication pourrait tre incorrecte. Il est recommand dobtenir le point de
commutation atteindre le plus vite possible et ajuster la vanne de rglage de sorte que la pression
baisse lentement dans les incrments de 1 kPa jusqu ce que le point de commutation soit atteint.

Pour lvaluation des rsultats de vrification prendre en considration limprcision du manomtre
(max. 3 kPa).

Toutes les pices sont installes bien disposes et bien accessibles dans un cadre en d'acier.

fiche pour l'unit d'indication et pour le densimtre sont inclus.

Le manomtre LEO 2-SF6-ABB deux touches de fonction. La touche de
gauche (SELECT) permet
de
s6l ecti onner l es foncti ons et I' uni te de
pressi on.
La touche de droi te (ENTER) val i de l a foncti on ou I' uni t6 de
mesure s6lectionne. Cette meme touche permet galement de basculer entre la press;on calcul6e ( 20'C) et
l a
pressi on
actuel l e.
Attention: Le capteur de temprature est situ directement en dessous du manomtre luj mme. Pour ce fait,
il est n6cessaire de faire attention ne
pas tenir le manomtre dans cet endroit. Le capteur
pourrait
s'echauffer
et falsifier la mesure de temprature !
Mise en route : Une action sur SELECT met en route l'instrument. Le manomtre affiche successivement la
versi on de
programme (ann6e/semai ne), l ' 6tendue de mesure cal i bree en usi ne et l a pressi on actuel l e (partj e
suo6ri eure).

(l'appareil s'arrCte automatiquement 15 min aprs la dernire action sur une touche)
En suite, slection de I'unit6: bar, kPa, psi, tous les affichages en pabs

Appuyer 3 fois sur la touche SELECT : MANO s'afliche.

Appuyer sur ENTER: ZERO SEt s'affiche.

Appuyer sur SELECT: ZERO rES s'affiche.

Appuyer sur SELECT: CONT on ou CONT off s'affiche.

Appuyer sur SELECT: BAR s'affiche.

Appuyer sur SELECT: PSI s'affiche.

Appuyer sur ENTER: La nouvelle unite est enregistr6e.
L'instrument se trouve nouveau en mode mesure.

Remarques
1) Les fonctions et unites
peuvent
galement otre appeles

une action maintenue sur la touche SELECT et
s6l ecti onnees ds rel chement de l a touche.
2) Si l a foncti on ou I' uni t6 choi si e n' est pas
val i d6e dans l es 5 secondes avec l a touche ENTER, l e manomtre
LEO 2-SF6-ABB bascule automatiquement, sans modification des 169lages, en mode mesure.
3) La mise en route et I'arrt de LEO 2-SF6-ABB ne modifient pas les r6glages precedemment valid6s.
4) La fonction CONT on active est indiquee
par
un clignotement l'6cran.
5) Si une pression ne peut Ctre affich6e, le message OFL (overflow) ou UFL (underflow) apparait l'cran.
6) Si une pression
se situant en dehors de l'6tendue de mesure de I'instrument est applique, la dernire
valeur de pression
est afiiche clignotante.
7) Si Err s'affiche, le remplissage gaz SF6 n'est pas en forme gazeuse
et la pression
20'C ne peut pas 6tre
cal cul e.

Le manomtre digital LEO 2-SF6-ABB possde
un raccord 7/16" UNF.
Chaque manomtre est livre avec un adaptateur

une orientation optimale de

Remplacement de la batterie / Dur6e de vie de la bafterie

Une batterie faible est signl6e par le sigle batterie (BAT LOW) dans la
partie
sup6rieure
gauche de l'ecran.

Remplacement de la batterie: ouvrir le compartiment de la batterie et remplacer la batterie (Typ CR 2430).
Veillez ce que le
joint
torique soit
propre
et correctement
place
dans le couvercle de fermeture.

La dur6e de vie de la batterie est d'environ 1000 heures en fonctionnement continu.
