1 Zu dieser Anleitung
Zielgruppe Servicepersonal im Sinne dieser Montageanleitung sind alle Per‐
sonen, die Montagearbeiten am Gerät vornehmen. Das Service‐
personal ist aufgrund seiner Ausbildung und Erfahrung für diese
Tätigkeiten qualifiziert (z. B. Landmaschinenmechaniker).

Richtungsangaben Die im Text verwendeten Richtungsangaben links, rechts, vorn und

hinten beziehen sich auf die Fahrtrichtung des Traktors in der Vor‐
wärtsfahrt, also im normalen Betrieb.

Umweltschutz
1. Umweltgerechte Entsorgung aller anfallenden Hilfsstoffe und
Betriebsstoffe sicherstellen.
2. Recycelbare Bauteile wieder in den Wertstoffkreislauf zurück‐
führen.
3. Gültige nationale Bestimmungen beachten.

2. Nur geeignete und geprüfte Lastaufnahmemittel mit aus‐
reichender Tragfähigkeit verwenden.

Eingeklebte Schrauben

WARNUNG
Schrauben, die eingeklebt waren, gelöst und wieder montiert
wurden, rütteln sich im Betrieb los. Das Bauteil versagt plötzlich.

Gelöste eingeklebte Schrauben MÜSSEN wieder eingeklebt

werden.

WARNUNG
Heben von Baugruppen/Bauteilen
Asymmetrisch verteiltes Gewicht kann beim Heben zu unkon‐
trollierten Bewegungen der Bauteile führen. Menschen können
verletzt werden.
Heben von Baugruppen und Bauteilen so ausführen, daß die
Bewegung der Baugruppe oder des Bauteils gleichmäßig und
kontrolliert erfolgt.

Arbeitsmittel Für das Handling und den Zusammenbau der Maschine werden
geeignete Lastaufnahmemittel, wie Anschlagketten oder Anschlag‐
gurte ein Kran und ein Stapler, benötigt. Für den sicheren
Gebrauch müssen die Lastaufnahmemittel eine Tragkraft von min‐
destens 3 to haben. Der Kran und Stapler müssen mindestens 7 to
heben können.
Verwenden Sie einen Traktor, um während der Montage die
Hydraulikzylinder zu betätigen.

Target group Service personnel as the term is used in these mounting instru‐
ctions are all persons who perform mounting tasks on the imple‐
ment. Service personnel are qualified for these activities based
on their training and expertise (for example agricultural machine
mechanics).

Direction specifications The direction specifications used in the text (left, right, front and
rear) refer to the direction of travel of the tractor when moving
forwards, i.e. in normal operation.

Environmental protection

Hazardous areas If the hazardous areas are not heeded, this may result in death or
serious injury to personnel.

Running motor
Only once all persons have left the hazardous areas:
Switch on drives and motors.
CAUTION:
Work on a running motor or drive requires particular attention and
precautionary measures.

Suspended loads
1. Never dwell beneath or in the direct vicinity of suspended
loads.
2. Only use suitable and tested load handling devices with a
sufficient carrying capacity.

Bonded screws

WARNING
Screws that were bonded, became loose and have been re-
installed will become loose again during operation. The compo‐
nent fails suddenly.

Bonded screws that have become loose MUST be bonded

again.

Lifting assembly groups/components ■ When lifting assembly groups and components, always use at
least 3 points to attach them.
■ Attach long and slender components at 2 points.

WARNING
Lifting assembly groups/components
Asymmetrically distributed weight can lead to uncontrolled
component movements when lifting them. Risk of injury to per‐
sons.
When lifting assembly groups and components, make sure that
any movements are always smooth and controlled.

Equipment Suitable load handling devices, such as sling chains or securing

straps, are required for handling and assembling the machine. To
ensure safe use, the load handling devices must have a load-bea‐
ring capacity of at least 3 tons. The crane and forklift must be able
to lift at least 7 tons.
Use a tractor to actuate the hydraulic rams during assembly.

Personnel concerné

Les vis qui ont été collées, desserrées et remontées se desserrent
pendant le fonctionnement. Le composant devient alors soudai‐
nement hors d'usage.

Les vis collées mais desserrées DOIVENT être recollées.

AVERTISSEMENT
Soulever les groupes/composants
Un poids mal réparti peut, lors du soulèvement, entrainer des
mouvements incontrôlés des composants. Des personnes peu‐
vent être blessées.
Le levage des groupes et des composants doit être effectué de
manière à ce que le mouvement du groupe ou du composant
soit régulier et contrôlé.

Équipement de travail La manipulation et l'assemblage de la machine requièrent un

dispositif de levage de charge adapté tel que des élingues, des
sangles de levage, une grue et un chariot élévateur. Pour une

utilisation sûre, les dispositifs de levage de charge doivent avoir

une capacité de charge d'au moins 3 tonnes. La grue et le chariot
élévateur doivent être capables de soulever au moins 7 tonnes.
Utilisez un tracteur pour actionner le vérin hydraulique lors du
montage.

1. Monter le ressort à lames depuis l’avant sur le châssis.

Utiliser le raccord vissé M16x55ls30xb20-10.9.
Couple de serrage M16 : 235 Nm

2. Monter le vérin hydraulique côté chambre de piston sur le

châssis.
Utiliser le raccord vissé M16x70ls45xb20-12.9.
Couple de serrage M16 : 283 Nm

Verrouillage côté droit

Monter le verrouillage coté droit de la même manière.
Utiliser le raccord vissé M16x55ls30xb20-10.9.
Couple de serrage : 235 Nm

■ Узкие длинные конструктивные элементы крепить в 2
точках.

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
Поднятие узлов / конструктивных элементов
Асимметрично распределенный вес при поднятии может
привести к неконтролируемым движениям конструктивных
элементов. Это может привести к травмам людей.
Поднятие узлов и конструктивных элементов выполнять
так, чтобы движение узла или конструктивного элемента
происходило равномерно и контролируемо.

Технические средства Для манипуляций и сборки машины нужны подходящие

грузозахватные приспособления, например цепные или
ременные стропы, кран и погрузчик. Для безопасности
эксплуатации грузозахватные приспособления должны иметь
грузоподъемность минимум 3 тоны. Кран и погрузчик должны
иметь возможность подымать минимум 7 тон.
Используйте трактор, чтобы во время монтажа задействовать
гидравлические цилиндры.

1. Смонтировать листовую рессору спереди на раме.

Момент затяжки M16: 235 Нм

2. Смонтировать гидравлический цилиндр со стороны

поршневой камеры на раме.
Использовать винтовое соединение M16x70ls45xb20-12.9.
Момент затяжки M16: 283 Нм

Блокировка, правая сторона

Смонтировать блокировку на правой стороне аналогичным
способом.
Использовать винтовое соединение M16x55ls30xb20-10.9.
Момент затяжки: 235 Нм

Подключить кольцевую камеру гидравлического

гидравлический шланг обратно к «В».
8. Подключить поршневую камеру гидравлического
цилиндра блокировки 3 к «А». Подключить имеющийся
гидравлический шланг обратно к «А».
9. Y: Смонтировать гидравлические шланги (0°) при помощи

прямого проходного резьбового соединения 5 в
перегородке.
