Für das Auswechseln des Hilfsschalterblockes Haupt-
und Steuerstromkreis unterbrechen.
Das Auswechseln des Hilfsschalterblockes erfolgt in
Schaltstellung „AUS” des Vakuumschützes.
Einbau und Montage nur durch Fachpersonal!
Bei Nichtbeachtung können Tod, schwere Körperver-
letzung oder erheblicher Sachschaden die Folge sein.

To replace the auxiliary switch block isolate the main
and control circuit.
The auxiliary switch block has to be replaced when the
vacuum contactor is in "OFF"-position.
Only qualified personnel may perform installation and
assembly work.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and warnings
can result in death, severe personal injury or property
damage.

1. Zum Auswechseln der Hilfsschalterblöcke Hilfsschalter-
hebel (7) nach Lösen der Sechskantschraube M6 (7.1)
und Mutter (7.2) abnehmen
2. Hilfsschalterblöcke (10.1 und 10.2) abschrauben
Achtung:
• Folgende Teile wiederverwenden
Sechskantschraube M6 (7.1),
Mutter (7.5), Schrauben M3x35 (10.3)
und die zugehörigen Muttern
• Federring (7.2), Scheibe (7.3) und Federscheibe (7.4)
sind gegen die neuen mitgelieferten Elemente auszutau-
schen.
3. Hilfsschalterblock (10.2) mit MLFB 3TY7561-1N
am Gehäuse (1) unten mit Schrauben (10.3) anschrau-
ben (Anziehdrehmoment 0,6 ± 0,1 Nm)
4. Hilfsschalterblock (10.1) mit MLFB 3TY7561-1S
am Gehäuse (1) oben anschrauben
(Anziehdrehmoment 0,6 ± 0,1 Nm)
5. Hilfsschalterhebel (7) wieder auf die Welle (3) schieben
und mit Sechskantschraube (7.1) und Mutter (7.5) befe-
stigen (Anziehdrehmoment = 6 ± 0,5 Nm)

1. To replace the auxiliary switch blocks remove actuator (7)
after removing M6 hexagon bolt (7.1) and nut (7.2)
2. Unscrew the auxiliary switch blocks (10.1 and 10.2)
Attention:
• Reuse following parts
M6 hexagon bolt (7.1) and nut (7.5)
screws M3x35 (10.3) and associated nuts
• Replace the spring ring (7.2), washer (7.3) and spring
washer (7.4) with the new parts supplied.
3. Screw auxiliary switch block (10.2) with MLFB 3TY7561-1N
onto the housing (1) below using screws (10.3)
(tightening torque = 0.6 ± 0.1 Nm)
4. Screw auxiliary switch block (10.1) with MLFB 3TY7561-1S
onto housing (1) above (tightening torque = 0.6 ± 0.1 Nm)
5. Slip actuator (7) onto the shaft (3) and fix it using hexagon
bolt (7.1) and nut (7.5) (tightening torque = 6 ± 0.5 Nm)
6. Perform several trial operations
