There are 2 software versions,

Compared to the advanced version, the basic version has important

limitations
Each inverter must be activated separately (no grouping)
New projects may contain a maximum of 4 inverters
Existing projects with more than 4 inverters can be opened, processed and
saved. It is not possible to add new inverters.
The speed under Profibus DPV 1 is limited
Maximum of 2 scope channels and one real-time channel
No storage of warnings / alarms in the project

The USB connection of the devices is isolated from the supply voltage (PELV)
and other high-voltage sources.
Is it NOT isolated from protective earth (PE)!

Scanning the USB network:
g Connect the FC300 with the USB interface and start the
MCT10 software.
g All drives are recognized at the USB port and displayed in the
network area with all parameters.
g Open the offline project (Kom.Nr.ssp) on the USB stick.

Configuration
Only CP_L2_1 is possible as an access point
Select PROFIBUS as the interface for the CP master
Conflicts with access points from, for example, Step 7, must be eliminated
MCT 10
Interface DPV1 is only available in the MCT 10 if an active profibus master
(CP master or PLC master) is found when the programme is started.
The MCT 10 only detects any changes in the CP master configuration once
the programme has benn restarted
If the CP master is not operated on a network with a second master,
"PC/PC is the only master on the bus" must be activated under the
attributes. This attribute must be deactivated again later. DO NOT FORGET!!

Access via DPV-1 Network:
g The DPV-1 connection is recognized at the start of the MCT 10 setup
software and displayed in the network area.

g Polling parameters
Cyclically reads the displayed parameters of the FC/VLT selected in the network.
Polling is active the first time the VLT reacts.

During polling, the data sets are switched

over internally in the frequency converter.

Parameter records to be compared can be freely

selected.
g Compensate parameters
Different parameters can be saved in a text file.
Once comparison has been performed, the

parameters can be compensated.

Select the inverter and then in the main menu -> EXTRAS -> compare

Archiving/dearchiving a project
g To archive
Main menu -> file -> archive…
- All parameterisations and all of the files linked to

the project are stored in the archive
Note
Archiving is greatly dependent on the size of the linked file
- Archive file ending: *.ssa
g Dearchiving
Main menu -> file -> dearchive…
- All of the files are unpacked in the target folder

- Linked files are stored in the Documents folder and in its subfolders

g Process data visualisation
for visualisation and recording of up to 8 VLT process data
Recordings are saved in the
