Wir beantragen hiermit die Zuschaltung der nachfol-
gend beschriebenen Anlagenteile/Anlage. Wir bestä-
tigen, dass das Anlagenteil/die Anlage fertig montiert
und sicher zuzuschalten ist. Es werden keine unkon-
trollierten und/oder potentiell gefährlichen Auswir-
kungen bei der ersten Zu-/Abschaltung der Einspei-
sung(en) eintreten. Der Isolationstest („Megger Test“)
wurde für alle Leistungskabel der angrenzenden An-
lagenteile/Anlagen wurde durchgeführt. Die Ergeb-
nisse sind als Anlagebeigefügt. Das „Arbeitserlaub-
nisverfahren“ wird angewandt.
We hereby request you to energize the equipment/
plant as detailed below. We confirm that this
equipment/plant is ready and safe to be energized.
No uncontrolled and/or potentially dangerous action
will occur when the respective feeder(s) will be ini-
tially switched on/closed. An insulation test („meg-
ger test“) of all power cables downstream the con-
cerned equipment/plant feeding point has been per-
formed. The results are detailed in the enclosure.
We know that the „Permit to Work Procedure“ ap-
plies.
