Identifikationspruefung
1 Ziel
Sicherstellen, dass Materialien, Komponenten
und Produkte unzweifelhaft den entsprechenden
Dokumenten wie Zeichnungen, Prüfplänen,
Q-Nachweisen und anderen technischen
Unterlagen zugeordnet werden können.
2 Geltungsbereich
Identifikationsprüfungen an Materialien, Kompo-
nenten und Produkten bei Lieferanten, Lizenz-
nehmern und bei GE sowie auf Baustellen
3 Verantwortung
Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Identi-
fikationsprüfung und bei Nachweispflicht für die
Sicherstellung der Kennzeichnung sind alle mit
der Prüfung und Fertigung beauftragten Stellen.
4 Vorgehen bei der Identifikationsprüfung
4.1 Bei Bescheinigungspflicht
Die Übereinstimmung des Teils mit den Begleit-
Dokumenten ist zu überprüfen (z.B. Zeichnung,
Einkaufsbestellung, Lieferschein,. Q-Nachweise).
4.2 Bei Nachweispflicht
Bei der ersten Identifikationsprüfung sind, zusätz-
lich zu 4.1, die Teile bei Materialprüfungen Stücke
und Probestücke, unverlierbar z.B. durch Stempel-
ung, mit Identifikations-Nummern, z.B. Charge-Nr.,
Prüfrefrerenz-Nr., bei GE mit MP-Nr. zu kenn-
zeichnen. Bei Behörden/Kundenpflichtigen Prü-
fungen werden in der Regel zusätzlich

Identification Check
1 Objective
To ensure that all material, components and
products can unquestionably be traced to the
corresponding documents such as drawings,
I&T plans, Q-records and other technical
documents.
2 Scope
Identification checks of material, components
and products at suppliers, licensees and at GE
as well as on site.
3 Responsibility
All units charged with inspection, test and manufac-
turing are responsible for performing identification
checks and - in case traceability is required - for
ensuring that identification is maintained.
4 Procedure for Identification Check
4.1 For certificate of compliance
The compliance of the item with accompanying
documents (e.g. drawing, purchase order,
delivery note, Q-records) shall be checked.
4.2 If traceability is required
During first identification check, in addition to

parts and samples shall be marked indelibly
