E/A Modul : PS5 Comnet-M-DP Baugruppe
(Details siehe Tab1. Erforderliche und ergänzende Dokumentation,
Rexroth PSI6xxx Mittelfrequenz-Umrichter Betriebsanleitung).
7.1 Besonderheiten
Die Steuerung verfügt über folgende Besonderheiten:
Vernetzung:
Steuerungseingängen an.

„Quittung Elektrodenwechsel erkannt“ gespiegelt.
Der Ausgang „Maximale Standmenge“ wird bei jeder Überschreitung eines
DEUTSCH
Version -110).

Features
7 Features
Sequence standard 1000 Hz (sequence parameters in milliseconds)
7.1.1 Schedule
The program start is divided in two parts: new spot selection and program start.
Both parts work with a handshake.
New spot selection: The robot selects first a new spot number to the belonging timer inputs. Then the
robot set the input „new spot selection“.
This input request the control
-to read a new spot number,
-to prepare the belonging weld program
-and to set the program depending control outputs („with welding current“,
„with welding process monitoring“,
„request Tipp dress“,
„request start tipp dress“,
„tip life prewarning“,
„end of stepper“,
„proportional valve“)
corresponding.
Then the welding control set the output „Data for spot selection valid“.
If the control find the spot number in the spot reference or a program was direct
selected (0..255), the welding control set additional the output „Spot selection
valid“ (since firmware version 110)
If the robot detects the output „Data for spot selection valid“, the robot can
interpret the belonging outputs of the welding control. Additional he has to reset
the input „new spot selection“.
As answer the welding control will reset the outputs „Data for spot selection valid“
and „spot selection valid“.
Program start: The actual program start will be triggered with the input „Program start“ from the
robot.
At the end of the schedule the control
-set the output „Weld complete“, then the schedule was ok,
-or set the output „Welding fault“, then the welding schedule was not ok,
1070087028 | PSI 6xxx.224 Bosch Rexroth AG 51/59
Features
-or reset the output „Timer ready“, then a general error was occurred.
If the robot reset the input „Program start“, then the control will reset the output
„Weld complete“.
In a schedule with fault, the fault has to be corrected and acknowledged.
If with the start another spot number will be selected, as before with the function
program selection, then the welding schedule will not be started.
The internal spot table includes up to 256 spots (until firmware version 107).
Since firmware version 107 a greater number of spots is possible.
In addition spot comments can be stored in the welding control.
Spot numbers smaller than 256 are interpreted from the control as program
number.
ENGLISH
Via the both inputs „Acknowledge tipp dress“ and „Acknowledge electrode have
been replaced“ the robot can each time manipulate the internal tipp dress counter
and count value.
To make sure the robot can recognize that the acknowledge input would be
detected,
The both inputs are again mirrored to the outputs “Acknowledge tipp dress” and
“Acknowledge electrode have been replaced”.
The output „End of stepper“ will be set with each exceeding of a stepper cycle
(since firmware version 107).
Via the electrode status outputs will be set a group signal for all electrodes, if a
program is selected, which is assigned to electrode 0 (since firmware version
110).
About the tip change will be managed an own protocol (since firmware version
110).
Features
Via the output „tipp dresser end of life“ a group signal for all tipp dresser will be
send, if a program is selected which is assigned to electrode 0 (since firmware
version 110).
Via the tipp dresser change a protocol will be done (since firmware version 110).
7.1.7 Output „Request for „fault reset with reweld“ (since firmware
version 104)
If the control get the command „Request for „fault reset with reweld“ from the
control terminal, then the control will not reweld by itself , but set only the output „
fault reset with reweld“. This output will be monitored from an external control
(robot or PLC), which with an active output set the welding control input “fault
reset with reweld”.
With this sequence should be made sure, that an reweld always sure will be
detected of the external control.
Features
ENGLISH
Fault has to be reset
This status has to be monitored from an external control
via a Time-Out detection after the start of a welding
schedule!
The outputs „PSQ evaluation completed“ and „PSQ evaluation ok“ are set to 0 in
case of
error after fault reset,
after a faultless welding schedule
after switching off of the start signal.
These outputs are since firmware version 109 (because of installation UI-
controller) not active!
54/59 Bosch Rexroth AG 1070087028 | PSI 6xxx.224
Features
Current too high (PstWLD) Spot repetition after „Fault reset with
reweld“!
The spot is rewelded with higher current in the MainWLD. The new factor for
increasing %I is program specific.
1070087028 | PSI 6xxx.224 Bosch Rexroth AG 55/59
Features
For applications involving the UI controller, the phase value of the sample curve is
set in the PstWLD while the UI controller is active if PHA mode has been selected
as the control mode for PstWLD.
The following boundary conditions must be observed for the post-heating pulse
monitoring function:
The post-heating pulse (PstWLD) is not performed if UI monitoring is active
(global, program-specific activation for at least one quantity).
The automatic spot repetition logic is independent of the control mode setting.
Therefore, the revised logic also applies if PstWLD is KSR-controlled.
